Canada Hardwood was recommended by friends of ours and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Our house required a lot of custom touch and their team exceeded our expectation. To ensure that we were satisfied with the finish result a lot of pre-planning was done by Stan and his team before the installation of the hardwood floor and the staircase. Sheila did a remarkable job staining our old railing by hand. She has been very accommodating and flexible as the scope of our project changed. Stan, Brody and Chester have shown nice attention to detail and a passion for their work. The floor itself is beautiful and the staircases are outstanding. We would definitely recommend Canada Hardwood Flooring to all our friends and family members.

This company is simply the best. I had existing red oak flooring (site finished) and I installed the same type in my living room and I needed both floors sanded down, stained and varnished. When I called for a quote Stan came over the next day, provided an estimate and they were able to fit the work into my schedule. ( I had a week off from work and was hoping to get the project completed asap) They were meticulous and did a very thorough job. This isn't an easy task and I had seriously contemplated doing it myself having done every other renovation work in my home. When I saw the amount of work and skill it took to finish the floor properly I am glad I didn't attempt it. They first sanded, then filled all the little gaps in the wood, sanded again, and again then wiped the wood down. After this was staining, then buffing and finally 3 coats of polyurethane. The process took about a week and every day they showed up on time as they said. I would highly recommend this company for any new flooring/refinishing. Thank you so much Stan, Sheila and Brody. We had hardwood installed in our dining room and family room. We had a very positive experience right from the ordering to the installation. We would recommend this company to anybody. Afer we did our rooms, my parents had two rooms in their condo done. They were also very happy. Good price, nice product, friendly staff and they left their work area very clean and tidy. Will definitely use again!

We have a mid sized townhouse that came with carpet when we bought it, and needed to be replaced. We evaluated 2 vendors in Pickering, eventually selecting Canada Hardwood Flooring due to their responsiveness to questions and requests for references. They were very good at recommending the small things that would be overlooked, like the overhang that looks over the living room from the dining room, or from suggesting to rescrew the subfloor. We were very happy with the job, and the finished product is beautiful. We have a new house! The best part is we were told it would take up to a week to do, and they were done in 2 days, minimizing our inconvenience. Great work.

This company is extremely flexible and easy to work with. They quoted a price which was very competitive, and there were no surprises at the end - the price was what they quoted. The job required a little bit of creativity as they had to work around marble thresholds, procelain tiles and an existing hardwood floor. The workmanship is flawless, the transitions from one floor to another are extremely smooth and I am amazed at how it all fits together. I am totally impressed with this company, and would recommend it to anyone looking for hardwood floors!

Sheila, Stan and Brody...did an AWESOME job on my hardwood floors!! I had my entire Bottom Floor, Stairs and Top Landing done...The 1st thing I noticed when I went into their store was that the prices where actually on the wood samples...When I spoke to Sheila and Stan they never used the word "Around" when they gave me quotes, the quote was the price and it was always the same as what I had figured the cost would be or $100 in the difference (I was actually the $100 over). I will always hand out this companies name to anyone who needs to have their floors done..and done right! A personal Thanks to Sheila who always called or even came over some times after the store closed to make sure everything went ok for the day or to see if we had any questions or needed anything done. All I can tell you is that this is a Solid Company, the price is Good, they work hard, and they will go the extra mile for you!! Tammy McInnis

I decided to remove the carpet and refinish the wood floors in my new condo. I had used Canada Hardwood flooring years before when I had water damage on a wood floor in a previous home. Stan had done a great job so I called him again. He came to my condo on time for our appt and gave me a good and fair estimate. He began work when he said he would and finished when he said he would. The job he did is fantastic, my condo looks absolutely beautiful!

We are presently renovating our home and we wanted to change the floor to hardwood. We were given the address to Canadaian Hardwood flooring and found a great selection of different types of flooring. They have hardwood, laminates, tiles..etc. We found what we needed. I recommend them.
