We had a fantastic experience with Sheila and her team! We were overwhelmed by the amount of things that needed to be done as we had a series of things that hit at one time this year. However, Sheila was fantastic, working around our busy schedule and coming out to give us a free and accurate estimate regarding the work that needed to be completed. She was extremely patient with us as we made our decision and worked around our time lines. Her team that came out for the installation were excellent and we are extremely thrilled with the results! Everyone was extremely efficient and patient throughout the process and we appreciated Sheila's level of communication throughout the process. We are so thrilled with the work completed and would have no hesitations recommending their company at any time! Thank you so much again for everything! :)

I can’t say enough about how extremely efficient, reliable and responsive the team at Canada Hardwood is! :) Sheila showed up when she said she would and provided us with a detailed estimate, Brody and Chester showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job installing engineered hardwood throughout our home, they worked efficiently and did a thorough and excellent job. Sheila, Brody and Chester went over and above the job they were hired for when they assisted us with matching stains for the knotty pine baseboard we wanted installed and with some ideas we had asked about. Most impressive is when all was said and done and our invoice was paid in full, we had hired painters and they damaged our 2 day old hardwood, I called Sheila to ask for advice and she came to our home that very same evening to look at the hardwood with Brody, they couldn’t believe the damage, but the point is, is that we had paid Canada Hardwood in full and this wasn’t their problem, but they showed up to help us, they had a contact of theirs look at the flooring for us, and have made themselves available throughout the whole process of trying to get the issue resolved, we are so grateful for their support and this speaks to the integrity of this company as a whole, good good people, that are excellent at what they do and we highly recommend Canada Hardwood, this is a company you can depend on. A big thank you to Sheila, Stan and the crew at Canada Hardwood! They refinished my main floor oak floor and the results are magnificent. I really appreciate all the effort put into just matching the colour of the stain with the other flooring in the kitchen. They were always there when they said they would be and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The floor looks like new! Thank you again.

Absolutely thrilled with the work that Canada Hardwood completed in our home in late October. When I first met with Sheila, our original plan was to remove all old style hardwood and install all new hardwood throughout the main level of our 1960's bungalow. Sheila provided us with a clear quote and explanation in detailed on what would be involved in the project. In July we had an unexpected other project that needed to be done in our home prior to the floor project, so I met with Sheila again to see what other options would be available as we now had less funds available for the floor project. Sheila was great and helped us readjust our original floor plan and we decided to install a laminate floor throughout instead of the hardwood. Brody and Chester arrived on time and worked so hard for the 2 days that it took to complete the installation. They were both professional and a pleasure to work with as wellas very respectful of our home. Both extremely detailed in their work. At the end of the job, they left our home and property clean. If you are looking to have new hardwood or laminate floors installed in your home, look no further, Canada Hardwood is the company you will want to work with. They may be a bit higher in price but it is so worth it. Sheila and her team are amazing and their work is incredible!!! Thank you so much for making our home beautiful! We chose Canada Hardwood Flooring Inc. to replace all the floors on the main floor of our house with hardwood and they did a fabulous job! We are completely thrilled with the results. They use top quality Canadian hardwood and gorgeous accents (floor vents). Brody and Chester did a beautiful job, taking great care with all the details and extra touches that made the final results so lovely. They were so professional, worked really hard, and were a total pleasure to have around. Sheila helped us every step of the way, and she did extra work that made the results even better and much easier for us. An outstanding job at an excellent price, on time, even better than promised. We just can't say enough about this excellent company. 10/10!

I love my new floor it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Canada Hardwood Flooring Inc. Their assistance with the selection of the wood was invaluable. They always came when they said they would. Brodie promptly arrived on the specified day of the install and was extremely pleasant and professional. The job was completed on time and all debris was removed. I am very happy , the room has been transformed.

What an absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable, with very fair prices. We installed new flooring in our townhouse to cover the main floor and second floor hallway. Sheila came over one morning with samples and provided the best match for our existing staircase. She also did a quick inspection of existing railings and baseboards and provided expert advice on how to match the new wood. On the day of installation, Brodie and Chester completed a carpet removal and installation in 8 hours and the results were fantastic! Colors matched perfectly, and the trim was level with all existing edges. Baseboards were installed perfectly flush. We couldn't be happier with the end results. Just purchased a new home and will definitely have flooring installed by Canada Hardwood again.

Fantastic company, They gave advice to save me money. Match the hardwood floors to the living room & dining room. Offered different options for floor grates. I could not be happier with the results. From the start of the quote, to all the installers were very professional, communicative and efficient with their time! Highly recommend.

Canada Hardwood Flooring did a fabulous job on my laminate flooring! The owners Stan and Sheila, were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end extremely knowledgeable and always there to answer any of my questions. Brodie was friendly, meticulous and a pleasure to have in my home. When the floors were finished, he left my place clean and tidy and did an absolute flawless job!!
