Awesome. I was lucky enough to get Denis info from a friend and Denis came to install brand new AA furnace and tankless water heater. This was approx 2 years ago and today everything still works with no issues. Job was quick, not messy and professional and I highly recommend him

I am very satisfied with the quality of service I received from Canadian Indoor Solutions. A service technician arrived within half an hour from the time I called in to the office. He was able to determine the reason why the air conditioner was not working very quickly and returned with the appropriate replacement part quickly as well. I found the service to be professional and at a fair price.

I had never had central air before and was quite nervous about getting it in my very old house. Denis came and was very kind to answer all my questions. His price was great. It was installed in June 2010 and I have had no problems with it at all. I just called Denis today and asked about installing a/c in my mother's home. He again gave great advise. Still a very kind and honest person. Thanks again Dennis.

"Great quality and service without paying extra!" I feel very comfortable in recommending Canadian Indoor Solutions. Although I didn't ask a *lot* of questions, those that I did ask were patiently and thoroughly answered. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work and of the AC unit. The price was also among the best that I found.

Last year we had an issue with our furnace where it would start up, but the burner would never fire. I had a different company come in and they cost 1200 to replace parts which were old, but still functional. They left with a shrug of their shoulders saying 'Guess you need a new furnace'. I decided to try once more time this year and called Canadian Indoor Solutions. Charlie came by and methodically did tests until he figured out what was wrong; tests the other company never did. Eventually he deduced that the issue was that my exhaust piping was too long/had too many bends in it, causing the vent motor safety to trigger to restricted airflow. Some bends at the end of the pipe were removed, and it was fixed!

I found Dennis's company through Home Stars when looking for someone to install a humidifier in our home. I narrowed my choices down to three companies, and called each one. Canadian Indoor Solutions was the only company that answered. And despite leaving messages at the other two places, no one ever did call me back. Dennis was very pleasant on the phone and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or making me feel like my queries were stupid or a waste of his time. He was very helpful and right from the start, I got a really good vibe from him as being a caring person in general. I hired him right away! When Dennis showed up at my door to do the work, I quickly began to realize what all the positive write-ups were all about. He was very friendly and personable. He took the time to explain things, and even made some suggestions about things he wasn't even there to work on. One of the things I mentioned to him had to do with our heat always coming on then going off, then on and off, all the time. He checked our settings and everything seemed fine. What he did mention was that make of thermostat we had was not necessarily one that was known for doing a good job of maintaining a particular heat level. He recommended another brand and had the utmost confidence that we would definitely notice a difference and that we would be pleased. He was right! We have a high-velocity type of furnace in our home. It was a bit of a challenge for Dennis and Charlie, as we had to try different angles to get it to work effectively enough to raise the humidity. I was very pleased with the work both Dennis and Charlie performed and would highly recommend Dennis's company to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done. His honesty and genuine desire to help, is a refreshing change from the usual grumpy and one-word replying HVAC workers, but when you combine that with his expertise and "customer first" attitude, Dennis truly is a rare breed of HVAC workers currently out there! We woke up in the midst of winter with no heat as our furnace had broken. Charlie came and spent all day fixing it, having to go back and forth to mississauga twice to get the parts and staying until 9pm until he had it working again. very impressed with Charlie and with this company overall. No hesitation to recomment them

I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie when my furnace was giving me no heat. Charlie was very through and patient with his work and was even able to talk to him after company hours on his own time to ask him some questions about my furnace. He was very helpful and kind and gave me the feeling of being helped when I felt helpless. Thank you Charlie for your honesty and I would recommend him to anyone!

Dennis was referred to us by another customer and he definitely lived up to our expectations. Down-to-earth, straighforward manner. Always willing to give extra advice on other things related to the house. Very good pricing compared to the competition and it shows that Dennis is into establishing good longer term relations with his customers. Mike and Al were in to do the actual install, and it looked like they had a focus on doing the job right, instead of just trying to get in and out. Dennis came by a few weeks later just to make sure we were happy.

I contacted Canadian Indoor Solutions last month because we were noticing a 'funny' smell in the house we had recently moved into. We had, had the ducts cleaned, plumbers had visited and we were in fact thinking about selling. Very frusturating. We wondered if perhaps it might be something wrong with the heater. Dennis was more than helpful on the phone, and offered to come out and take a look free of charge as he wasn't sure if he would find anything. He ended up finding a pipe that was leaking methane gas, extremely close to our heater (so dangerous!). I immediately went out and bought a VERY strong cap for it, and since then we have not had a smell. I thought it was very kind of him to come out and do some detective work and even take a look at a vent that needs repair. We highly recommend this company, and will certainly use in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks so much!!!
