If you are in need of a moving company, this is the company you need!! Absolutely, hands down, the best movers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Right from the beginning with extremely fast response times to any query I had (whether it was a silly question or not!) down to the last interaction in follow-up with them. Doug Harper did the initial estimate for me and it was very evident that his only concern was my happiness and comfort with moving. He provided extremely useful tips and ideas to prepare for moving. There was an immediate sense of ease and relief knowing that we were in good hands. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Did I say amazing? :) Jeremy, Matt and Alex were the crew that came exactly on time with a warm smile immediately upon arriving. Even in the heat, their smiles and demeanor never changed. Constantly friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and engaging. Despite the hot temperatures, it seemed everyone was having fun. Yes - moving was FUN and I'm a person that hates moving with a passion! Not a thing was damaged. Not even a speck of dirt or dust! The guys handled large pieces with ease and skill. Always engaging with my teenage son (14). I should note that we were moving from a home that my son knew all his life to a completely new town quite a distance away where he doesn't know anyone. That combined with starting a new school in the Fall, he obviously had some anxieties of his own about moving. I can't say how priceless our experience with Firemen Movers was. It set such a positive tone on our first step in a new home and a new chapter in our lives that seemed to carry on in the last couple of days with my son. He is eager, excited and STILL talking about how funny and great the movers were. For that - I thank Jeremy, Matt and Alex with all my heart. As a mom, that meant a lot to me.
