    Macbook audio port repair

    My headphone jack broke and got stuck inside my Macbook pro and I was no longer getting any audio. With all my classes on zoom call it was urgent for me to get this fixed. I called and made an appointment with Joseph and dropped off my computer on Monday at 12:30pm explaining to him my urgency. He was kind enough to work on it asap and had it ready for me by 4pm. Very good service from Fujitech.

    CNC computer repair

    I work with CNC machines and have to admit that these old computers are not easily serviceable at any computer shop. In the past I have been to a lot of computer shops and none of them were able to help me. I have been to Fujitech in the past and they were the only ones I know that were able to help me with my obsolete computers running my CNC millwork. Last week one of my CNC computers crashed. Fujitech was closed due to the provincewide lockdown, but he agreed to open for me to drop off my computer. As usual, he was able to diagnose and clone my dying Hard drive into another Hard drive and have my computer back running for me the same day. Awesome service as usual.

    Macbook Repair

    I was desperate when my Macbook died in the middle of my classwork. Most of the big stores were not even open for computer repairs. My neighbour refered me to contact Joseph. I contacted Joseph and even though the store was closed due to the pandemic, he accommodated me and I dropped off my Macbook for him to check. He later called me back with a quote and I agreed to have it fixed. It was such a relief now that I have got my Macbook back especially now with all our classes being online. Very good service.

    Dell Optiplex Desktop Hard Drive Boot up Failure

    Joseph was absolutely amazing! Highly professional, communicated the repair stages very clearly (with options and costs), his work is excellent and he was very prompt. He immediately checked out the computer within two hours, informed me of the status and we decided best to run some further tests overnight. Next day he corrected the boot up problem and after recommending replacing the HD (mechanical) with a 1 TB SSD, he successfully cloned everything over to the SSD and I picked up the computer that day at 5pm! The computer is running perfectly, no problems with any of our software programs and all our data remained intact. Well, one issue now with the computer... the computer is now running much faster! Thank you Joseph! Greatly appreciated! Definitely will highly recommend Joseph (Fujitech Technologies) to business colleagues and friends. Suddenly one of our office computers crashed and wouldn't reboot. Tried three times but knew if kept trying potentially could cause further damage and we possibly could destroy critical data. Had an updated total security antivirus software (Bitdefender) running at the time so hoped it wasn't a virus. Felt more likely it was either corrupted bootup sectors or unfortunately the Hard Drive (mechanical) was failing. We had noticed the computer was operating more slowly and last backed it up on an external HD some 3 months ago. For our work we needed the computer repaired right away. Two years ago, another of our computers had a HD failure. Took it to a major Toronto computer store (they had it for two weeks!) and we were not happy at all with their work. This time I went to Home Stars, immediately saw the very high Fujitech Tech. star rating and thought would take a chance. Best decision! Highly recommend! Thanks again Joseph!

    Broken CPU

    While working from home (due to the COVID pandemic), my computer froze then started to make a loud grinding sound – right in the middle of a shift ... sounding similar to a broken fan belt so I instantly knew this couldn’t be good. I immediately called and left a panicked voicemail for Joseph, who quickly got back to me. He suggested I unplug the CPU and bring it to the shop. Later in the day he called to inform me that the motherboard was damaged so the CPU could not be repaired. I was now faced with the option of shopping around for a brand new computer or, as an alternative, have Joseph rebuild one for me to my specific requirements – I chose the latter route and a couple of days later I had a new CPU, with triple the speed & storage of the old computer PLUS one which now supports up to FOUR monitors! Joseph was also able to recover and transfer all my programs and files so I’ve not missed a single beat. He was patient and supportive during my panic and I’m grateful for his assistance. I'll say to anyone out there with the slightest doubt or hesitation … if you need computer or technical help, look no further … give Joseph a call – he’ll quickly become YOUR computer go-to guru as much as he’s mine. I highly recommend him.

    Desktop tower repair

    My computer crashed on Sunday after a power outage and cannot power back on. I was horrified as a lot of my data was not yet backed up. I visited Joseph on Monday and explained to him of my situation, he was very calm and explained to me the step by step of what he was going to do. He called me back after an hour with the result of his diagnosis and we proceeded to replace the bad power supply and also upgrade the drive and recover all the data. As per my request, he worked on my case as an emergency and had by repair done by the next day. I have to say I was very impressed with his professionalism and speed of his service. Worth every dollar I have spent.

    Laptop repair

    Last week my laptop became extremely slow and was practically not usable. It was really frustrating until my cousin recommended me to go to Fujitech where she had received really great service. Joseph took a look at my laptop and after diagnosis he called me to inform me that my Hard drive was going bad. He suggested me to upgrade my drive to a SSD and promised me that it would be a lot faster. When I got my computer back, I was amazed at how fast my computer had become. It was as if my computer was on steroids. Really happy with the service at Fujitech and will recommend them to everybody.

    Macbook Pro repair

    My macbook could not boot into mac os after the recent update. I have tried everything I could looking on tutorials online, but to no success. I took my macbook to Joseph and he revived it back and got all my data back for me. He definitely knows what he is doing.

    Amazing service and real life saver

    Joseph came thru yet again for me after my MacbookPro died on me. I had been working on 3 projects for the past 2 months and just as I was finishing up needed to print, my macbook died on me. Joseph helped revive my Macbook and I was able to retrieve all my data as it was. It would have been a nightmare if I lost this data. Thank you once again.

    Remote Tech Support

    Joseph has always been my computer guy for several years and I have always received great service from him. Last week I was at my cottage and my printer had printing issues when I desperately needed to print. I called Joseph and he had the time to help me by remotely connecting to my computer and resolving my problem. I find this service very convenient especially during the current pandemic times where we try to self distance.
