Our technicians are very experienced, well choreographed and well tooled and are usually in and out of most homes in under 1.5 hours. The procedure is surprisingly not too disruptive to family life.

Thank you for the response, Chris. I am somewhat dismayed by the inference of condescension in our rejoinder. Our staff has reviewed the response below, and we are comfortable knowing that indeed, there was absolutely no implication of superciliousness. It is simply matter-of-fact, with nothing more intended. We stand by the pricing and the facts as presented herewith, knowing that the figures are easily substantiated. Please accept our apologies for any unintended aggravation we have caused you, and look forward to a positive alteration in your review rating as determined by the efficiency of the service performed by our dedicated technicians, as opposed to a “flawed” response. Previously: Well Chris, I agree that it certainly would be nice to include $200 worth of additional service and product at no cost to you. In the real world, however, it is necessary that Canaduct must cover the labour costs of our highly skilled, certified, veteran technicians who insist on being paid as per Ontario Employment Standards as well as the cost of the $125,000 duct cleaning truck. All of which performed the work done as per your expectations. In addition, our services are moderately priced & comparable to the competition, with exception of S....., H.D., and A....., D......, who would have charged an additional $150 over our cost.

A pushy salesman is like a glass sliver in your foot. Honest, clean, polite, careful, timely, efficient & professional, you say? I say, thank you muchly.
