    front porch railing

    We had a great experience throughtout the process of installing our front porch railing. The whole staff from intial contact to the very end were thoroughly professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the front porch railing in our small bungalow. It is beautiful! Thank you to everyone for the terrific job.

    Porch Railings and Handrail

    I had new railings and a handrail installed yesterday by Art Metal. Overall, this was a positive experience. The front lines people, Claudia and Iryna, were both pleasant and helpful to work with. The installers, Peter and Oleg, were fantastic. There was an issue during installation that I pointed out to them. They quickly found a solution and took a lot of time and care to make things right. Although the whole process is rather lengthy, I am very pleased with the end result.

    Awesome product and service

    Incredibly responsive and helpful. Not cheap but worth every penny. A pleasure to deal with and very happy with finished work. Highly recommend if you are looking for metal railing

    New wood/iron gate

    Excellent product, great quantity. Easy to work with. Happy to recommend. Plan in advance, this is a busy company so it may take a few weeks before install.

    Second Floor Balcony Railing

    We had a front porch hand rail installed just over a year ago and due to the exceptional work and experience we went back to have a second floor balcony railing designed and installed. We are very pleased with the outcome. As always the experience from the design to installation was wonderful. The staff we communicated with from the initial design to the installation and follow up were fantastic. In future we will definitely be going back to this company for our future railing needs. A great experience with a great company!

    Front porch railing

    Had an galvanized steel railing designed and installed for a covered front porch on a semi-detached house back in June 2021. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. They are very responsive with questions and gave a lot of options. Both the salesperson who came to take measurements, as well as the installers were really friendly and did a great job. Most importantly the quality of the product and installation is A+++. The price is in line given the high quality of the product. I will recommend Art Metal to anyone looking for a railing installation.

    Fantastic wrought iron railing and gate

    I needed an indoor railing around the stairs to the basement as well as an exterior gate for my backyard entrance. I got a few quotes and looked at a few samples but decided to go with Art Metal Workshop because they took the time to come to my house, survey the area and do the measurements themselves. I thought that was very professional compared to the other companies who just wanted me to give them my measurements and give me a quote based on that. Art Metal's price was also competitive. There was a short delay with my project, which was understandable because of all the covid supply chain issues. However, Art Metal kept me informed. Both the railing and gate were installed yesterday and I could not be any more pleased! They look wonderful, the measurements were precise and the installers were good, fast and professional. Lastly, today, Art Metal reached out to ask me how the installation went. I liked how they asked how the installation went and didn't bring up the balance I owed until I brought it up myself. I definitely enjoyed working with Art Metal and I definitely recommend them!

    Great service

    I hired ArtMetal to install an outdoor railing for the steps going down to my patio. They have a large selection of styles. Communication was effortless. Price is reasonable. Installation was uneventful.

    Interior stair railing

    We were very pleased with the service we received from Art Metal. The team did a great job fabricating and installing our new metal and glass railing. They were quick, clean and friendly. The final product met or exceeded our expectations.
