We needed some railings for exterior steps to the house, primarily for safety and to meet Ontario building code. Art Metal consulted, measured, created and installed within 8 weeks as promised. The installation was immaculate. I am delighted. The railings are excellent quality, black galvanized steel, and they look fantastic. Not only do they meet building safety codes, they have greatly enhanced the appearance of our home.

They were recommended by a friend of mine and gave them a shot. The service was excellent, the product had a small defect, but they fixed it with no questions asked. Super professional and great to work with. End results are great. The wait was a little long, more than 9 weeks, but I guess being a busy reputable company, you get busy. If you want beautiful elegant railings, check them out!

I was looking for a handrail that could be easily removed since it is required to be able to move furniture up and down. Called a few places but they didn't seem interested in a residential small job. Called Art Metal and felt the interest right away. The handrail looks great.

First off, I can say I recommend this company highly. I have used them for 2 separate projects when I was finishing up my renovations on the exterior of my home. First was entry gate, and I was extremely pleased. I had Art Metal return for a new stair railing system. Wonderful service from start to finish. I called, they gave me all the information I needed, I looked at the website for detailed samples, they came and measured and quoted, I paid a deposit and 8 weeks later it was neatly and beautifully installed. Challenging installation of a railing on the stairwell of a break wall. The job was completed on time. We were able to choose a custom colour for the rail with beautiful results. Superb office staff, great communication with us start to finish. Highly recommend!
