I had a new railing installed by Art-Metal on my front porch about a month ago and I’m very pleased with the results. Mariya is very helpful and knowledgeable about building codes and had some good advice for me when I inquired about using a paint color other than traditional black. The crew that installed the porch were very professional and courteous. Friends and family who have seen the railing are very impressed with the results. Thanks so much.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the service and product from Art Metal Workshop. Mariya was very helpful in finding a design that was perfect for my needs and the style of my home and existing outdoor lights. The installers worked very quickly and with no mess. My railings look beautiful and as if they have always been there. They were also very well priced. I would highly recommend Art Metal Workshop.

We had Art-Metal install a new front railing back in January. We booked the job in November, and with the holidays, they gave us an honest estimate. We decided to wait, hoping for a mild December. Worked out. The day finally came and a couple gentlemen arrived with our railing to install. They had one section up in a hurry. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication on the initial plan, and the uprights that would support out awning weren't built. I talked to Mariya and Yevgeniy over the phone about it, and they handled me very well. In the heat of the moment I lost my temper. And they were supremely professional throughout. The railing was thrown back in the truck and the next morning the same railing with uprights added arrived and was installed a second time. This time around, I had an issue with how the hand rail on the stairs met with the porch railing. Yevgeniy explained that it was built to code, but it just looked off to me, and I requested that they connect to the rails, even though it may not be 100% to code. Once again Art-Metal acted quick and delivered what I requested. They showed up while I was at work, made the change on site and had everything painted and cleaned up before I got home. Every project is bound to have a hiccup or two along the way. That's a given. It's how a company handles these hiccups that speaks volumes. I had a neighbour this morning ask who did our railing and I didn't even hesitate to give him all the contact details. I couldn't be more happy with the overall results. And I have and will continue to recommend Art-Metal. And I'll certainly be giving them a call when the back railing needs replacement. Thanks Mariya/Yevgeniy. We were unfortunately very disappointed with our experience with Art Metal. During the initial measurement, the team made several permanent stains on our new carpet. When we brought it to the attention of customer service we received a very disappointing response. We settled for asking the installation team be extra careful to not stain the carpet. Of course when the installation team came, they had never heard of any complaints. After taking them all aside to explain what had happened during measurement and asking them again to be careful, they took no precautions and left even worse permanent stains. The railing was satisfactory, but overall a poor experience we wouldn't recommend.

Everyone we dealt with including Mariya and the installers were excellent. The railings were ready approximately 6 weeks after we ordered them and I was contacted to make an appointment for installation. They completed the installation promptly and even applied the accent paint to our gate to match the railings, which look great. We are very happy with everything.

What a joy! Mariya, who answers the phone was our primary contact and knew all the details. The installers were friendly and extremely competent. Worked quickly, were well equipped and enjoyed their work. The work was delivered and installed on time and exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful! Looking forward to our next project!

Art Metal produced and installed a beautiful fence for our yard. Measurements and overall integration with an existing fence were flawless. Mariya and Yevgeniy provided great communication and service and the final cost was same as the original quotation.

We replaced an 85 foot chain link fence with a wrought iron fence from Art Metal. We are more than happy with the results, starting with the consultation, through the product design selection, and ending with the professional workmanship throughout the construction process.
