This is the update I promised earlier on 2013. I simply was told that the painting of the railing could not continue because the guys were in -5 degree weather, and the paint was sticking. They promised to be back by May, 2014, in time for an event. They came back as promised and finished the work, leaving some touch up paint behind as a courtesy. Alex said he would return, and he did. People, it is so refreshing to see that someone in the trades industry recognizes the value of honesty and integrity. Beautiful job, class A service, honest and attentive. I wish I could say the same for the door people, but that's another story for another time.

Needed an interior railing to match an existing railing. Art Metal was very efficient, kept things simple but did an excellent job at a good price. Would strongly recommend them.

Alex at Art Metal Railing was pleasant to deal with, we didn't need to do any of the work (the came and saw the place on their own and then gave us the estimate), and we're very happy with our railing.

i have in my possession a 1,200 year old Khmer statue that needed a stand to keep it erect. Called up many people and they were unable or unwilling to do it. The folks at Art Metal rose to the challenge and did a magnificient job. I will be sending my artifacts to them in the future. Price is great but service is superlative. Old world skills meet new world demands..highly recommended

When I asked for quote from Art Metal, they sent someone out. Other companies wanted to do a quote over the phone or email. It was the personal touch plus a competitive price that won them the job. We were in a rush and had to have the job installed in a short timeline and Art Metal was able to deliver as they had said they would. The workmanship is top quality and the workers were polite. They accidently damage a sprinkler line, and took responsibility for it. Alex, at Art Metal has agreed to help cover the cost of the repair to the line, which again is commendable. I really liked the product, and the installation and would recommend them to those looking for similar products/services.
