Art Metal was the third company I called for an estimate on railings for my newly installed front porch and stairs. I was impressed with Yevgeniy's attention to detail and how quickly Alex sent me the written quote; i.e. the same day. Yevgeniy helped me make some key decisions regarding the placement and design of the railings. The railings were installed within the estimated timeframe. I am very pleased with the final product and have received positive feedback from my neighbours. I also have to say that the staff at Art Metal were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had a new porch made this summer and I needed railings. I called Art Metal Workshop and they came the very next day for an estimate. It took a while to get the railings, but they are definintely worth the wait!! They are beautiful!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the transformation of my porch. These railing really bring everything together and make everything look fantastic!

Alex and his team at Art Metal Workshop were wonderful to work with. They came by with designs and ideas and put them into action. Will definitely use them again should the need arise. Highly recommended!

The railing looks great and it was easy working with Art Metal - they handled the measurements, design, fabrication and installation - all done with a couple of brief calls and confirmation email. Professional and easy. Will definitely use them again. 

I am a builder of custom homes in Toronto and, after having dealt with several railing companies, I found Art Metal Workshop to be one of the easiest to work with. They were very prompt at providing me with a quote (which I found to be at a reasonable price). They were also flexible with me on the style and colour of the railing, given the fact that we needed a very modern look to match the style of the house. Although it took a bit longer than expected to get the railing installed, it was worth the wait, as the finished product looks great! I'll be contacting Art Metal for my next project...

I received a stunning railing exactly the way I wanted it; bottom line. These guys take pride in their work and it shows. From initial call through to installation, no stone was left unturned regarding the look I wanted and the way to install it. We've only had this railing for a week, and already we're the talk of the neighbourhood. Why the fourth star for satisfaction and not five? You can look at it two ways. If I ask how long the railing will take to be installed when I first call for information, and I'm told 4-6 weeks, that's important detail, esp. If I'm calling around end of August. That time frame puts me at mid-october (which is acceptable). But a few weeks more were explained in terms of the galvanizing taking longer than expected. After seeing the end result and experiencing the service; whatever. The extra time could either be seen as them dragging their feet (NOT! the installers busted their tails in -5 degree weather on a late November day to carefully install), or it could be ther result of their popularity (so many unexpected orders) because they're that damn good. The second one applies here. Now, you ask, how do you get semi-gloss iron paint to set properly in -5 degree weather? Answer: it doesn't. But, there's a way to deal with it. Get as much on to at least protect the iron from rust. Worry about aesthetics later if you don't have to pay extra for it. So I took up the issue with Evgeny (great metal artistry, kid, btw), and he simply had the installers sign that they or someone else from artmetal would be back in the spring by a certain date to complete the painting properly. Now don't think the paint job is awful by any means. It's just not perfect, and they had no control over that (believe me, the guy painting it tried real hard). But had they been doing it in mid-October, I wouldn't be saying anything about imperfect rail painting. I will update this review after the date which Artmetal agreed to come back by. If they live up to their wods and contract for the spring return date, they get a 10 star rating. People, these guys are awesome.

Art Metal Workshop were extremely professional, polite and responsive. It was easy to communicate with them. They responded immediately to any concerns I had and accommodated my request for emergency work, taking into account my circumstances. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Art Metal were very professional in their dealings with us. We had previously tried to work with a couple other railings companies and after waiting weeks and not even receiving a quote, it was a real pleasure dealing with Art Metal. They followed design guidelines and when at first, there was a misunderstanding in color requirements, they changed the color without any fuss. We were very pleased and look forward to working with them again on our front yard railings.

Art metal had the most competitive price and the quality of the work was exemplary. The railing turned out exactly as we had imagined. Not only did they do the main railing but they re-unforced our stairs an did a second regular railing.

I had a driveway gate, interior railings and a handrail installed. The team did a great job. Great craftsmanship and flawless installation at a fair price. Not only does the work look amazing the team of installers were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them. Everyone that has seen their work loves it. Thanks Phil
