From the moment I contacted this company Eugene & his father were responsive and polite. They responded to my request for quote the same day and were communicative every step of the way. They made design recommendations and we compared notes on the colour/paint we chose which turned out beautifully. We are so pleased - we are now going to have them do an upstairs railing with glass inserts.

I had an old Porch and Art Metal Workshop took my old porch away and replaced it with such beautiful new railings that it makes the whole home look new. I am so pleased with the work and the workmanship of the product and the workers were so nice. When you hear them singing as they work, you know they enjoy their job and it shows. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Yevgeniy and Art Metal. My railings look fantastic! We've already had compliments. And the whole process was truly effortless. I was able to browse the website, pick a look I liked and emailed Yevgeniy with examples. He emailed me back with a ballpark estimate and had his people come out to my house right away to get exact measurements. A proper quote was emailed to me within 2 days. The installation was done 4 weeks later - I didn't even have to be home for it. The work was beautiful and tidy. Yevgeniy's responsiveness was impressive - rarely have I seen such customer service. I had emailed a competitor the same day and it took them until 2 weeks after I had already made arrangements for Yevgeniy to do the installation (and the competitor's quote was approx. 30% more expensive). Stick with Art Metal - they're your best bet for good work and great customer service! Thanks Yevgeniy for a beautiful job.

We are also most pleased with the installation design and the quality of the installation. Their commitment and insistence on the use of Galvanizing to protect against future rust was most important to us. After installation there was need for some touch-ups. Their response was immediate. We are given frequent compliments by friends and neighbours on how nice it looks.

Unbelievable - from quote to install in under 2 weeks. Job included replacing old railing completely in one area, and replacing three rusted out upright supports on another railing. Fair price and good quality work - can't ask for more.
