Tony was easy to deal with and competitive with his quote. Everything looks better than I expected. Dan and Mike doing the work did a great job. I had Networx replace my windows 10 years ago. Since then, the UV coating failed and my windows had a pink hue. I contacted Networx and Tony came out and said this rarely happens and it was due to a bad batch of windows from the manufacturer. It would have been easy for him to push the problem to the manufacturer but he took ownership of my situation. In fact, the original supplier no longer delivers to Canada so Tony found another solution and replaced all my defective windows. Thank you Tony for going the extra mile to support your customer!

We had all our old aluminum windows (15 in total) replaced with new vinyl ones by Networx. We decided to go with them based on a few factors: friend’s recommendation, competitive pricing, professionalism (Tony made it out to Richmond from Langley on a snowy Friday afternoon to provide a quote) and good warranty (lifetime warranty from Milgard). Both Mikes came to do the replacement which took about a week. They were both really friendly (updating us on the progress of the work), respectful (cleaning up every day) and helpful in answering my numerous questions every day. We had a minor hiccup in that the windows didn’t fit as initially thought - our old windows were apparently thicker than the new ones so they didn’t fit as far in and so an interior trim needed to be installed as well. The downside to this is that some of our blinds didn’t fit as well as they originally had and there is also a bit of touching up of paint to be done on the interior trim, however both Mikes worked extremely hard in installing the trims and making sure the work was done properly. They both did a great job both inside and outside the house and even went above and beyond to repair our broken fence. We would recommend Networx if you are looking for a window replacement company.

Tony was excellent in advising us on style of windows. The installation went smoothly inspire of the weather. The installers were efficient and most friendly. Most pleased with the whole experience!

Onsite crew were great. Always on-time, very friendly, knowledgeable and expedient with their work. Job very well done. Would definitely recommend.

The crew showed up as appointed and were very polite and tidy, cleaning as they went and keeping the mess to a minimum. They sealed the doors properly and then returned the next day to complete the trim kits. Beautiful inside and out
