Great windows. I love that the screens are hidden in the frames. Excellent service. Very happy.

If someone is interested in new windows this is the company to deal with. From the very first the salesman was full of expert product knowledge installation time frames and warrantys. The installation crews were great. They took away all the old windows and cleaned up the installation work areas. The only problems we had was a small broken plastic pull on one of the screens and a broken latch on one the the sliding glass doors. These were replaced after six years at no cost. The repair serviceman was great. The only problem we had with within the first week after the installation of the sliding glass doors was the had pull. I spoke to the service department who said the would send someone out to look at it. A couple of days later the owner of the company called to let me know that he would be coming out with the serviceman. On inspection of the handle the owner agreed that the handle could be a better design for the weight of the door. A couple of days later the serviceman arrived with a better designed handle. The owner called again after a couple of days to make sure that I was satisfied with the changes I assured him that I was. I told me that all future door of the design and size of mine would have the better designed handle installed. Great products great service. Steven Sager Toronto

We replaced our patio door with Magic. Although there was a delivery delay (due to covid), we are very pleased with the doors. The installers were very friendly, skilled and sufficient.

I purchased a window wall and new window including installation in late 2016 from Magic Window. I am very pleased with the way it functions and especially the modern and clean look. It is very convenient to have a built in blind as well as a screen. Also it looks very clean. I originally purchased this product because it is one of the safest. The window wall is difficult to break into compared to the conventional sliding doors or French doors that are usually found in kitchens. I have no regrets with this purchase. The service department is very friendly and accommodating.

Purchased window 1 year ago and very pleased with service and installation. One of the blinds needed adjusting and were prompt and fixed very quickly.

I had a small issue with one of my Magic windows. They sent someone out quickly and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and to make sure I was happy with the result. I've dealt with many window companies in my life. Magic Windows are in their own class, far above all the others.

I selected Magic Windows primarily due to 2 things. The Engineering put into these windows is second to none. I was looking for a unique window architecture statement with the "Window Wall". I get so many compliments on the functionality and design. I continue to be happy with the service visits. The service technicians know the products and are alway's interested in satisfaction with the products

There are numerous reasons that we bought these Magic Windows. They are very easy to operate. Their function and quality are outstanding. The 40 year warranty was really important to us. The Magic team of employees have all been excellent in our interactions with them. Any small adjustment or problem has been resolved quickly and pleasantly. They are without a doubt the best windows.

Our windows were over 25 years old and in need of replacement. After careful evaluation of several window companies we chose Magic. It's been over a couple of weeks now since all of our 24 windows were replaced and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience from Magic. Though it took a while, with supply chain issues and such, they still held to the date promised. Our salesman Alex did an excellent job of making sure we were satisfied from start to finish. The installers were very fast and well experienced in their craft. We had a minor issue with a few of the roll away screens being a bit tight. Magic immediately sent out Ron and then Milap to adjust them. I've never been so impressed with after sales/installation support as this. I really feel like we're in good hands should anything come up that needs addressing. We love the windows, rollaway screens and blackouts are great! Our house is so much quieter too with reduced street noise. Also, that crank is gone, thankfully, I don't care what the competition claims, cranks are just bad design and a big issue waiting to happen. I strongly recommend Magic! David Wasserman.
