Greg is an excellent sales representative. He always made me aware of where we were in the process and followed up after installation. I found the installation team very professional and polite. They did a good job of cleaning up after the installation was complete. I did ask them to remove the Magic Window stickers following installation.

we have been looking to replace windows in our 25 years old house for some time, after long research we decide to go with Magic windows, about month ago we got our windows replaced , we are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the work which has been done in one day, will highly recommended this company if you are thinking of having new windows , a little bit more expansive but it is true you got what you pay for

We had the windows in our home replaced by Magic after 25 years with the original builder installed windows. Our sales person was very knowledgeable in answering our questions regarding quality, comfort, energy efficiency etc., and was very patient in awaiting us to make a decision. There were no sales pressure imposed on us. We obtained 4 quotes and chose Magic based on quality, features and price. We chose the casement windows with light filtering blinds for the bedrooms. Magic's retracting screens is a great future especially with the 40 years warranty. Overall the experience was very good, albeit, there was a 6 month wait due to Covid-19, but it was worth the wait. Magic customer service kept us informed of every step of the manufacturing process through regular info graphics updates. The installation crew was prompt and efficient. The quality of the work was excellent including the interior caulking around the frame and the outdoor caulking. One advise to potential buyers, expect a lot of dust during installation so cover your furniture, beds etc. magic did inform us of this. Finally, the day after installation was complete, we were visited by the post installation manager the following day who completed the installation of caps and inspection of the work. He is very responsive to enquiries. It has been two weeks since the installation was completed and we are very pleased with our choice of Magic windows including the price point.

The screen ripped on my patio door. I called Magic Windows and they had their service technician come out and replace it. He was on time and while he was there he checked everything else and adjusted the door and now works flawlessly he definitely knows what hes doing.

We have Magic Windows throughout our house and it was one of the best purchases we ever made. Their commitment to service after you buy their products is impeccable. They come out to your place no problem, and their service staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

We bought a waterfront home in need of renovations a year ago and wanted to take advantage of the view. We investigated a variety of options but kept coming back to Magic Windows. Though our build was delayed due to COVID, the windows made it and the look is amazing. Up front sales is one thing , but it's the longer term needs that separate the good from the bad. We had an issue with one door (maybe caused by contractors) and MW was there to repair in no time. That level of service stands out especially these days where everyone is overloaded. 5 Years ago we purchased Magic windows and doors for our house. Recently we called Magic to address a torn screen. Myrna and Radica of Magic from their service department came in and fixed it on site, fast and to our complete satisfaction! thx

This is a sturdy and cute windows and frames they added stylish to my house . It makes my house looks brighter by bringing a lot of lights to the house. The service was excellent, they arrived on time and the job was done as I expected and wanted. Vey satisfied. Beautiful piece. I love. Surly recommended to everyone.

While we paid for the windows, this review is about Magic Windows honoring their warranty. We had some jamming issues with our new Bay windows installed 1 year ago. Magic windows staff set up an appointment for us immediately with no questions asked. All that was required were some small adjustments to the blind in the window. We paid nothing for the service as this is part of the 40 year warranty offered by Magic windows for their product. Excellent product & excellent service !
