I highly recommend Magic Windows. We needed to replace our backdoor patio and we put it off for years. We researched different places, but in the end we decided to go with Magic Windows because of their superior quality, service and warranty. We love our new windows! We recently needed to have our windows replaced and had specific wants and needs. Magic Windows came highly recommended by our neighbour who had their windows replaced last summer. From our first phone call, we were impressed. We received a very quick appointment and our sales representative (Derek) came very well prepared with samples and knowledgeable information about all windows. He listened to our needs and explained that he was confident they could meet our specific needs. We required 5 windows in total including 2 full 49x76 split crankless windows with retractable bug screens and sun screens. The other 3 windows were in the 40x50 range including a frosted bathroom window and 2 sliders. Again all included retractable bug and sun screens. It was apparent from the initial on site presentation that these windows were practically designed, engineered and manufactured. We had difficulty finding any other company with these type of windows. They are one of a kind technology and well worth it. The installers were skilled and mindful of keeping their work area clean. We are very happy and satisfied with the install. We would not hesitate to recommend Magic Windows to friends and family in the future. As well, Customer Service is excellent. We had a minor defect on a window handle and customer service responded immediately and rectified the issue. Thanks very much again to Derek and the Magic Windows Team. RB and CB

Finally, a window manufacturer that builds a superlative product while providing excellent customer communication before, during and after the sale. From the minute we met the sales representative through measurement and installation phases, the Magic Window process made our life easy. The windows are absolutely beautiful and well worth the investment and made they are in Canada. As a home owner, my mind is at ease knowing that not only do I have superior windows but they are backed by a 40-year warranty! My only regret is that we didn’t install Magic Window years ago. We are looking forward to replacing our present bay window with a Magic Window window wall in the near future. Hands down, I highly recommend looking at Magic Window for your window needs.

We love our new windows! From start to finish it was a smooth process. Derek, our salesperson, was professional and knowledgeable about Magic Window's products. He was very helpful in deciding what window and shade would work best. The windows came in the time-frame that we were told. During installation, the workers were very efficient and professional. The men did an excellent job installing them and cleaning up afterwards. My windows were spotless. We are glad we chose Magic windows because of my favourite trait about them are the retractable/hidden screens. No more fighting to take off the screens to clean our windows, which always resulted in bending the frame. Now when the windows are closed we have a perfect view outside with no obstructions from the screen. In addition, the retractable sunshade is perfect to shield out the bright afternoon sun keeping my house cooler. We are very happy with the service team since after installation I realized I would like an adjustment to my sunshades, just a personal preference nothing to do with their workmanship, and they are sending someone to my house this week. We are replacing the old patio sliding door for 30+ years. Magic does a Great Job with this Windows Wall - French Door Style Patio Door. The solar blinds really makes night and day on inside temperature. The Window is so clear and it really "Brings outside inside". Lior and his installation team (Joseph and Chris) are pretty good and professional. The installation done within the timeframe as promised. Highly recommended and thank you !

Extremely happy with our new Magic patio doors. The quality of the windows is excellent and the door is very easy glide when opening and closing. We love the retractable screen, it provides a very clean and sleek look and we now have a beautiful view into the backyard and forest behind us, without blinds or curtains in the way. One of the best purchases we have made. Very professional staff.
