We needed to replace two back window and a patio door. Alex was great to work with. He took his time to explain everything in detail and to answer all my questions and concerns. We researched many different window companies and by far Magic Window came out ahead in price, quality and warranty. Installation was quick and clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Magic Window to anyone looking to replace their windows or patio doors

My new Magic Windows are fabulous. They let in so much more light than my old ones, you would think they are bigger windows than what I previously had, but they aren't. I love how the whole window opens to let fresh air in, not just a little section like on my old windows. The hidden, built in solar screens and bug screens are amazing. The Patio Door operates so smoothly and effortlessly compared to my old one. The installation team was quick, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Not the cheapest windows around, but you are getting the quality and service you pay for, and a comprehensive 40 year warranty.

We recently changed our 2 large front windows to Bay windows and upgraded our very old basement windows to Magic windows with sunshades. Our initial contact was with Alex who assured us this could be done safely during the pandemic. We asked for a specific date and in spite of a very busy schedule we were given the date we required. The installers arrived EXACTLY on time on the appointed day and installed our new windows. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the debris when they were done. Now all the windows in our home (except 2) are from MAGIC WINDOWS. We love these windows and we know that the people at Magic windows honor their warranty for their product and their installation staff. Over the last few years, any small issues with their doors or windows have been quickly solved. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs quality window installed by quality people.

The daunting task of replacing a 34 year old patio door begins. We researched many companies by phone and in person and narrowed it down to 6. The clear cut winner was Magic Windows which ticked the boxes for product, warranty and customer service. The friendly and informative salesman Derek, was able to demonstate the value of the product that best suited our needs. By the end of his presentation we were well aware there was only one choice to be made. Last Friday our beautiful door was installed by expert Magic Window installers. They were extremely careful, efficient and friendly with everything going smoothly from beginning to end. Derek dropped by with coffee and donuts for the installers and to make sure we were pleased with the process. I have never gushed over a door before but this door is absolutely gorgeous. We recently had the front windows of our house replaced by Magic Windows (we had done the other areas of our house with them previously). We were extremely pleased with the final product and installation both times. We had a really difficult window to replace this time (changing a Juliet balcony to a window) & the magic Windows team was extremely supportive and offered great options to ensure it met our needs. The windows are by far better insulated preventing our rooms from becoming extremely hot or cold & dull the sound from there street. Installation was quick, and clean up was excellent. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new windows.

Dealing with Magic Windows during the Covid-19 time was carefully planned and carried out. From seeing the small sized samples in person to the final installing and explanations with cleaning and lube products in cloth bag included - this company excels and delivers as advertised. The installers laid covers for work areas and furniture, and also cut and fit the wood window trim on the premises, and insulated before sealing up all windows and adhere to company policies. Clean up was picture perfect. Thank you team Magic Windows!

Heard about the company on radio and TV. Was very intrigued by the crankless window opening and the screen options. Once I emailed my request for information I received a call within 48hours. The sales person Alex was assigned and came on time. Very courteous and friendly. Presentation was thorough and without pressure. Process was swift and efficient. Having installer confirm measurements and be the same to do the installation was comforting. Installation was done very efficiently on a very hot day. Team was pleasant and friendly and respectful. All this was done with safety measures in place during these trying times. I am planning on more windows now.

I called for service less than a year after installation I had appointment booked and they Didn’t show I called twice What a joke They promised it all until they got your money Never buying from them again

I was in the market to replace 5 windows. I contacted Magic Windows after doing my initial research for crankless windows. From the get-go, the level of customer service was impressive. I did a consultation with Lior which was informative, and the windows were delivered and installed on schedule. The installers were polite, professionals and cleaned after themselves. As for the windows, I couldn't have been more satisified. I love the crankless feature, retractable solar screen and blocked out shades, and slim frame. The bedrooms are now much cooler and quieter. It's worth the investment and I will be a repeat customer as I have a patio door to replace.
