    Good windows

    Disclaimer: Magic Windows offers $50 for a positive review (I did not accept.) Magic Windows are decent quality and have good features. They operate well, and the built in retractable screen and blinds are handy. Installers were friendly and did a good job. We had some concerns with the original windows, but the people at Magic Windows were very receptive and took care of it promptly. The pictures attached to this review no longer reflect the final windows, but there's no way to remove them for some reason.

Firstly, thank you for the review - it's important to us that consumers read honest experiences about our company. The grilles you're referring to are called SDL's (simulated divided lites) and are meant replicate the look of traditional window design. You're definitely right - the workmanship on them is not to our standards. The good news is that we can remove the exterior and interior grilles and re-install them on site! I wish you would have given us a call as soon as these windows were installed so that we could have fixed this for you. We would have gladly done so by now but you never reached out to less us know you were unsatisfied. Judging by the colour of the trees and foliage in these photos, it seems as though these windows were installed earlier this fall. I've searched our installation list for projects with SDL's but the list is simply too large to narrow down to one consumer. I also can't pull up your file because you haven't provided your real name in this review. Can you please send me your info to lior@magicwindow.ca or call me directly at 905-856-8805? I'd love to send our grilles design specialist to your home so that he can fix them for you. Also, we offer $50 dollars as a token of gratitude for our consumers time.     Window replacement

    We had Magic Windows replace 16 windows. Their installation team was courteous and completed the work well. The windows look fabulous and we especially love the retractable screens and push out features.

    Kitchen window

    Great experience working with Lior on the window specs and purchase. He provide a lead time on install and they delivered on time. Install went smooth and the window looks great. Very please with the outcome and would recommend Magic Windows

    Replacement Windows

    We had to replace 9 windows in our house. We loved the fact that we could get windows with retractable screens and that did not have cranks!!! The windows are beautiful! During the sales consultation, Rick was professional and attentive to our needs and budget. The installers cleaned up after themselves. We love our Magic Windows!

    Window replacement for our first floor.

    Magic windows were lovely to work with from the start. Michele came to our house to measure and demo, and we were sold right away. The windows were ready weeks faster than we had thought, and the incredible team who came to install them were courteous, friendly and so good at their job. We’re overjoyed with the finished product, especially the “window wall” that replaced our back patio door.

    Excellent products and service

    Our new patio door is very high quality. For example, the locking mechanism is much stronger than on the door that was replaced. And we really like the built-in screens (sunscreens and screen door). The service was impeccable. The installer was on time and completed the install faster than expected. All in all, a great product and great service.

    New windows

    Great service in all stages. We only needed a few windows replacing, but all were done to a very high standard. The sales guy was very polite, not pushy at all. Installers were tidy, efficient and quick (good at this time of year!). Very happy with the price (better product with a similar price point to elsewhere).

    Windows

    New windows throughout our 1920s house (12 in all) have transformed the place. We now have so much more light (we replaced everything brick to brick) and better insulation too!

    Magic Windows = Truly Magical

    This is my family's second time purchasing Magic Windows and the company did not disappoint! The salesperson, Alex, was friendly and responsive. The installers were punctual and meticulous. Plus, the price was reasonable for such a high quality product. We could feel the difference instantly in our bedrooms; no more cold drafts and way less outside noise. They provide great insulation and UV protection which gives us peace and comfort. We would definitely recommend Magic Windows for anyone looking for window replacements.

    Backyard Window Wall Installation

    We had our first experience with Magic Window Innovations and it was flawless from start to finish. We met Alex at the Fall Home Show and he explained the features of their products, method of construction and benefits of installation. We replaced our back French doors with a window wall; it arrived and was installed within five weeks as promised. Their techs (Ika and Soso) replaced the old doors with great care and cleaned up upon completion, leaving our house spotless. Our window wall was purchased with the very secure triple lock system, but the only complaint I have is that it is very tight. A bit of muscle is required to close and lock the door but I was told that it will loosen up over time. If it remains this tight, this lock system may not be ideal for older people or younger kids. All in all, it definitely wasn't our cheapest option, but for the quality, service and after purchase care offered by Magic Window Innovations, I would highly recommend this product if your budget allows for a higher end product.
