    Window Replacenet

    If you've read any of my prior reviews then your aware then you know I've been through the ringer with my house and I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I've used a myriad of contractors to renovate and repair my home so when I tell you that Sobol does excellent work take it at face value. 1. Cordial and Respectful from Estimate to Completion of Job. 2. Punctual 3. Neat and Clean (layed plastic throughout the entire house where they were working, broom swept, disposal removal) 4. Offer warranty on their work 5. Very Satisfied with the completion of the Project 2. Showed up on Time

    2 basement windows

    I called several companies from Homestars,Archiel was the one responsed quickest. He came to my house for estimate, very friendly and has perfessional knowledge, and his estimate was fair and his installtion time met our timeline. He came on site as he promised on Saturday to do the installation, he did an exceptional job, efficient and detail focus. We are very happy with his work and no hesitate to recommend Archiel and Sobol Inc to anyone who needs to install windows.

    Bay Window replacement & Window enlargement in century old home with double brick construction

    Interviewed 6 contractors (4 HomeStars +2 others). Sobol Inc was best in detail of estimate. Every piece of their work and work ethic was superb. Will happily recommend them to anyone.

    Patio Doors Installed

    Archie was prompt on arrival, he was professional,courteous and effecient and did the most incredible job on our patio doors. This guy really knows his stuff, we are so pleased. Check out before/after photo.

    Replacement of windows and doors

    We moved into a 100 year old house six months ago and quickly discovered that all our windows and doors needed to be replaced. We met with four other window and door companies before met Archie. He was a true professional from the start. He immediately made my husband and I feel comfortable regarding his knowledge and ability. His cost estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but he established himself as trustworthy and honest. He and his team did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves every day and really took that extra time to do a thorough job. It is rear to find a trades person that cares so much about customer service in my experience. I was blown away by Archie's diligence and level of service. I would highly recommend him.

    Exterior Door Installation

    We needed an exterior door installed to our basement quickly because winter was on its way and we didn't have a proper door. Sobol Inc did a better than expected job. The doorway was VERY uneven because it wasn't part of the original 100yr old structure. The installer spent a lot of time to make sure that the doorframe fit. We wouldn't hesitate to receommend or use them again.

    2 front doors, back sliding door, 3 basement windows

    The team at Sobol Inc was responsive, professional and efficient from the start. "Boss" Archiel came by the house and provided a detailed and accurate estimate of the job. As soon as the inventory arrived the appointment soon followed. The project was completed within 2 days. The professionals working on the job did an exceptional job - peformed it with focus and detail. In addition they were professional and also had a good sense of humour. Archie came back after the job to check on the work - I appreciated this "quality assurance" check. I have already recommended him to a friend and will do so again.

    replaced a window in our bathroom

    Sobol replaced a bathroom window for us. We got three quotes for the job and their's was the best. They honoured the price also any correspondence we did was through email. It made communicating with them easy and they always answered my messages in a timely manner.

    Window Installation

    I received four estimates to replace five windows in a residential unit of an old building, all from top-rated HomeStars window installation companies. Not only was Archie the most thorough at explaining the various options and the most informative when responding to my questions, but he also provided the best price quotation. When his crew arrived for the installation, they worked quickly and efficiently and finished ahead of schedule. They also cleaned up the work site completely. The windows look great and are exactly what I wanted. The highest compliment I can pay Sobol Inc. is that I will use them again for any window and door work I need done.

    Basement new window

    Being a trademan my self I get to see a lot of good and bad work out there,some companies are in the business just for the money,others care about customers,take pride in their jobs and understand that without quality and customer satisfaction over anything else there will be no sucessfull business.For Archie and his company customer satisfaction always comes first. Archie came to our house to install a window in our basement, but before he was called to do the job I asked several people if they could do it ,but they kept saying it was too complicated so I called Archie and he said he would do the job and he explained what he was going to do without any complication.He did the job VERY PROFESSIONAL as he promised,he left the place clean and neat. No wonder this guy was recommended to me by a home inspector; with Archie there is no cutting corners,he knows what he is doing and he does it amazingly well. I highly recommend Sobol Inc. to anyone looking for a professional windows and doors installer.
