Archie initially installed a basement entrance door, he did an excellent job, then I called him back to to install a storm door. When he finished his job, he realized that the wall above the basement window was cracking. The prior contractor did not put a mantel on top of a basement window. I did not notice, Archie did notice. He fixed the window and the wall!!! He is very professional, punctual, reasonable and very friendly... I had very bad experiences with contractors, specially being a woman and being so inexperienced in these things. Archie is fair and will not take advantage.. he is very honest. most important,his work is guaranteed !!!

We've used Archiel twice now in both of our houses and he and his crew have been nothing but professional, efficient, and tidy. The price has always been very reasonable and the product has been high quality. Archiel knows his stuff.

We live in a house which was constructed in 1971. During all these years, very little maintenance was required. This year we had windows changed and brickwork repaired on our chimney by Archie's company. We hired him several years ago after we saw him doing work at our back neighbour. At that time, Archie replaced some windows and we found him to be a very clean efficient and professional. Last year, Archie replaced more windows, including a very large living room window. As well, Archie did a thorough inspection of the chimney and reported to us with video pictures on the work necessary. Since the chimney is about 30 feet above ground, it was Archie's innovative approach in estimating the extent of the work required. We could actually see the work area before we gave him the go ahead and we were able to follow up on the progress of the work.

sobol inc did a remarkebal job as they redone the front of my house in terms of covering up the wood, which was roting. so they covered it with siding which looks amazing. and it cost me a great deal of painting it every year and replacing the wood as well. GREAT JOB GUYS.

The Job that was done was exceptional. Archie and his crew were prompt, clean and efficient. I would recommand them to anyone in need of windows, doors, sliding doors etc. Sorbol also put in an enclousure and people already commented on how nice it looks. I moved into a new neighborhood and the house was clad with wood siding. I noticed a neighbor had put vinyl siding up and asked who did it as it looked very professional. I contacted Archie of Sobol Inc. who came to quote the work which originally was to put siding over the wood cladding and cap all wood around the doors and pillars with aluminum. He noticed the caulking was in need of replacing, and a ripped screen door. He mentioned he could also do that work when I was ready. I was unaware that he could do these repairs and had planned to do them so asked him to add them to his quote. I also had two windows in my double entry front door which I wanted replaced and asked if he could do this also. He quoted the work in a timely manner and was ready to start within a week. Archie arrived on the date promised with one assistant Goram. They immediately started and made good progress the first day. I had a doorbell button which had come off and had a new one to replace it which they fixed for me at no charge. Goram teased him and asked if he wanted him to use a level to install the doorbell. Quality and pride of workmanship was evident in the end result and the whole experience after an especially difficult move was so pleasant I recommended him to two friends right away. People on the street had also observed him and the quality of the workmanship all said and done He had six interested parties who wanted quotes. Hallelujah a contractor that would make Mike Holmes proud. Thanks Archie and Goram.
