Fast, reliable and pleasant experience. They came out for an estimate and worked with us to find a window that would work for our renovation. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, excellent service.

We had 13 windows installed 2 months ago, including a bay window. So happy. Done on schedule, windows and trim nicely finished , no mess, very clean looking. Archie was a joy to work with, listened to our concerns, answered our calls & emails. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to details. Pricing was very competitive, Quote showed separate costs for product and labor, every detail was clearly listed in the contract. Archie discussed our options, measured the windows, visited the showroom with us, and completed the full installation with an assistant. He has proven to be honest and reliable and we highly recommend Sobol Inc.

Once again, great work! I have used Sobol for all of my windows and 1 door. They were professional, cleaned the work area, and provided me answers to all my questions. I just had my kitchen windows done and they look amazing. They were in and out in a day, which at Christmas is super important. Our family has used Sobol in the past. Archie did a great job installing new double hung windows and a large bay window. He understands older buildings and installed new trim around the bay window that exactly matches the vintage trim in the rest of the building. Archie is great to work with - calm, clear and pleasant. I found him to be punctual, neat and tidy and reasonably priced.

Archie was fantastic. Even though not his fault, bathroom window spring was defective after Sobol replaced all our windows 5yrs ago , he came and repaired without charge. We still love our windows and patio door. We get a lot of compliments from them and have referred to all our friends. We won't go anywhere else for the best professional service!
