    Roof install

    2 months late on install because someone forgot to put me on the schedule. Issues with leaks. After numerous calls, not one supervisor called me back to discuss conserns as requested.

An accurate timeline was not communicated clearly to you at the beginning of the project and for this we do sincerely apologize. We have since identified the source of these errors on our end and we can assure you that it has been addressed accordingly. As for your concerns with leaks, according to notes from your conversation with our QC inspector, we do believe that this is in regards to leaks through your existing roof before the installation of our Steel Roofing System. We are happy to report that this has since been resolved. We are sorry to hear about your unreturned phone calls but unfortunately cannot find any record of them on file. We would love to hear from you at Head Office during regular business hours so that we may address this and any outstanding concerns.     Steel Roof installed

    From start to finish things went rather smoothly On recommendation from a friend HyGrade company was contacted. The Salesperson contacted me within a couple of days. He brought samples of colours of the product for me to see. A woman delivered by herself and did a wonderful stacking of all the heavy steel roof shingles as well as the wood strapping. She was so organized and it did not take her long either to unload very efficient. The installers I have to say kept working from the minute they arrived. I was amazed at how these to men loaded with heavy shingles walk up the ladder to the roof as if the ladder were stairs. These two were accurate and efficient with their measuring, cutting and installing. They were prompt, arriving at the time they said. The sales person dropped by as well to see how things were going. I am so pleased with the workmanship, the look of my roof now and the best thing is I will never have to worry about any leaks. Thank You HyGrade crew

    Roof Replacement

    Ordered the roof in August 2017 with installation for end of December 2017, When we checked on the installation date Hy Grade could not find the order. The order was not entered because they let a sales rep go and our order and deposit was lost. We had to reorder the roof and new install date was April 2018, the new order was placed in January 2018 along with our deposit . For the roof to be installed earlier we had to strip the roof and put ice and water down. Even after that had been completed it still took 10 days before the roof was installed. Hy Grade took no responsibility or no effort to try and install the roof quicker , they left us with the feeling that they did not care about our order, and that we were a bother. For this reason I will not recommend your company.

We do however feel that in this extenuating circumstance we were adequately accommodating to you, the representative and the homeowner’s needs. You were originally working with one of our Roofing Consultants who, for reasons beyond our control, did depart before a contract was complete. When we were made aware of the situation we took the job in-house. As this home was fire-damaged, it did require extra work, one of those things being stripping the roof to begin new. We advised that it would be best not to strip the roof during the winter months. You then let us know that you would take of this first step on your end so that we could proceed with the job sooner. A new quote with a detailed scope of work was provided in December but a contract was not able to be signed by you until January. Following this in early February we did attempt delivery on two occasions. Due to delays on your end the delivery was re-scheduled for the end of February. After another delay on your end, installation commenced in early March and was completed a few days later. We do feel that we made as many accommodations as manageable to ensure your satisfaction and are surprised to hear of your discontent. We were in contact with the Homeowners frequently during this process and received pleasant feedback during these times. If you do have any remaining concerns, we’d be happy to address these with you. Please feel free to contact our Head Office during regular operating hours.     steel roof on house and tool shed

    They did a great job....workers were very polite and answered any questions we had. They did an inspection of the roof one week after it was finished to make sure we were happy with the results and if we had any more questions. The house and tool shed look great. We have had people ask us about it . We would highly recommend this company.

    roof replacement

    I had a roof replacement, bit of a waiting list to get completed, but i can see why....They do amazing work, start to finish Highly recommended Jay

    New steel Roof

    I received multiple quotes from different steel roofing company’s. The estimate received from all of them were within 500-1000 dollars of each other. What sold me on the Hy-Grade roofing system was the knowledge of the salesman and their method of installation. From the beginning all the way to the final completion of the roof they were nothing short of amazing. The installation crew were extremely meticulous and paid attention to every little detail. Very trustworthy and professional company. Highly recommended!!!

    New Metal Roof

    The job went as planned. Crew was courteous and efficient. There was almost no inconvenience to myself.

    New Roofing

    I was very impressed with the work done by the Hy-grade professionals. They were efficient, tidy, and quick. The roof looks fantastic. It has a European look. I have moved since and the house sold instantly. I can't wait to have my new home done in the new red colour.

    Steel Roof

    It was time to redo the roof. I checked out many options. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a quote for a steel roof. Decision made to go with Hy-grade steel roof based on reputation and quality of work.

    Peace of mind at last

    It's nice not to have to worry about conventional roofing going in 6-7 years and where the next leak will occur. The Job was very professionally done and looks smart. The only complaint is that the three sets of snow guards do not keep the snow from falling in front of and blocking my garage door. It is too packed for a snow blower after it has fallen ten feet and if you don't shovel it immediately, it freezes solid and becomes very difficult to remove.
