    Piano Moving

    James and his team were punctual, efficient, and reliable. I was happy to see that they used pads to protect the floors from scratches. Communication with James was easy and stress-free as he responded to my calls and texts promptly.

    Piano move.

    James responded to my request for a quote immediately. He and his crew arrived at the arranged time and took great care in removing the upright piano from my home and they also put down mats to protect my hardwood floors. They delivered the piano to its destination and set it up. James was also kind enough to transport a box of sheet music with it. I would recommend this company. They were very professional.

    Piano Move

    We were in a very limited situation were the piano has to be move very early and on the weekend. James is very flexible and made it happen. Piano is spotless, James and his staff are very friendly!

    Piano Move

    I found PianoInside on the Homestars website and I was very impressed but the awards they've won and the reviews that were left. We needed our piano moved from Thornhill to Newmarket quickly and called James. Not only was he able to move it the very next day, he gave me an extremely reasonable quote which didn't increase after the job was complete. The crew he brought with him were extremely professional and very friendly. They were careful not to damage the house or piano and were extremely efficient. I'd definitely use them again!

    Untrustworthy Owner!

    My piano was moved to my daughter's as the previous review mentioned. James is a not a trustworthy owner. If my piano bench was full of scratches, don't you think he would want to take more pictures to show the damage before he moved it just to cover his xxx? When my husband called him on the phone, he told my husband to sue him at the small claim court then he hung up. He should learn to deal with customers with respect and at least apologize instead of twisted the truth? Review watchers should check with Better Business Bureau as well.

    Easy arrangement, poor service

    The piano was moved from my parents' place to mine. Setting up and arranging the move was quick and efficient. When my parents came a few days later they noticed chips on the bench. When I called James he immediately began to yell at me - no chance for a civilized, adult discussion on the matter. He called the bench a trivial thing. Had I been told this, I would have moved it myself. 2 stars for quick and efficient set up, but 3 stars short of a raving 5 star review for being unprofessional and unapproachable. If you have an old jalopy of a piano, I guess this would be the place to go for a quick move. If you treasure your piano AND bench, look elsewhere.

    dear clent your bench was on our seat covered with fabric we didnt drop or hit anything there is zero chance we made that scratch you just admitted  that the bench can be easily moved by you And why do you think we would make a damage on your bench after moving your piano without any damage? How can you say "if mover is not taking the picture of the bench that means it was perfect condition before the moving"? we didnt take the picture of the bench because of it was not even worth to take a picture since it was already covered with so many scratches.ir was so obvious. With your logic, we can even say "if the clients didn't  take the  picture before the moving, it means it was damaged already." And we both know how stupid those kind of  logics are! If my voice was higher than usual maybe I was upset about  the stupidity of your comment. I appologize for that.  Besides,your claim about 30 years or older piano which was already covered many damages  all around the surface (we still have pictures of it) had a perfect condition bench without any scratch at all? For us , it sounds completely nonsense and sounds like greedy black mailing targeting our reputation. Sorry about all this misunderstanding and I highly recommend you to go  to legal procedure if you think you are right. Thank you.

    Piano Moving

    James was extremely pleasant to deal with. Very prompt to both email response and phone calls and he answered all my questions. When it came time to move the piano, it was extremely quick and professionally done. Looking forward to having him tune the piano in a few weeks!

    Piano Moving

    These guys gave me a great price compared to the competition. They were fast, professional, and on time. They were very careful moving the piano and it got to my place in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!

    Extremely Impressed!

    I asked James to move the piano today and I was extremely impressed with the way they moved it. They were very punctual and professional. No need to follow up. I was worried that my wood floor would get scratched up but they were very equipped with pads and covers to protect my floor. No additional cost from the quote they provided unlike other movers who will ask more after the job is done. It is a job well done. I will hire them again if I move. Don't hesitate to call.. I am sure you will be as impressed as I am.
