James and his 2-man team were very professional. James was courteous to call ahead and inform us that they were running late (absolutely no problem whatsoever) and when they arrived, every effort was made to ensure my hardwood floors were protected. They even transported a large framed photo that will hang on the opposite wall of my piano. I would highly recommend Piano Inside.

James Shin delivered my upright piano to North York from a pickup in Whitby. There was a crew of three friendly guys who expertly maneuvered the piano from the street to my living room. They were quick, no damage to the piano and they protected the floors. Thank you for a great experience.

James and his team were very professional and went the extra mile. Our new piano was missing a piece from previous owners, but James used his knowdlege of pianos and improvise the piece. They take their time and don't rush to finish the job.

I am writing this review as a satisfied loyal RETURN CLIENT of James. Procured his services in tuning and piano moving late last year, and again, to have my piano retuned (and hammer action repaired) at my new address this summer. Great experience as usual and without a doubt would hire him again! Highly recommended! Thank you James!

Great service and communication. Tuner was polite and on time. Piano sounds great after. Offered feedback and answered my questions clearly. Will use again for sure. Took one hour very fast.

James and his crew moved an upright piano quickly and with no damage to the floors or piano. However, they were 1 hour late to the pick up location and therefore there were some issues with reserving the elevator for 1 hour longer than expected. Also, James mentioned that if a review was made on this site, we would receive $20 off. However, he did not mention that we would ONLY receive $20 off if we hired him for tuning. This is very misleading to the customer. I have rated Piano Inside 5 since they were 1 hour late and intentionally misleading the customer.

James was prompt, courteous, and skilled. His admiration for the piano was visible and I could tell he really likes his work! I was also very happy with the piano moving services. Recommended.

James and his guys made it seem easy. They moved my piano with no damages and James was right there to tune it up. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Will definitely use his services in the years to come.

James and two of his guys moved our upright piano from our old to our new house. They were all very pleasant to deal with and the move went off without a 'hitch'. I would use them again.

Absolutely amazing! James and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and super affordable. They moved an upright piano from my brother's house to mine with great skill! There were no damages or scratches on the piano during the process. We would definitely recommend them!
