Reply created 11 Feb 2016I'm so glad that the used piano buyer in GTA are getting smarter every year. 10 years ago, high percentage of the piano I was moving were good on outside but not bad shape on inside. Now most of them are Good on inside. I think that's because of the internet. People share's good information more and more. Our website is one of good places to gain knowledge when you decided to be a good piano hunter. I hope many people can utilize it before make a decision.

Reply created 11 Feb 2016You hired us on 2014 nov 27 th to move your piano from Toronto to Thornhill At then you asked me to move it upstairs over the e mail so I asked information, you gave me the measurement, after checking it was too narrow for us so i said no. You agreed and hired me to move it just from house to house. No more than 5 steps. You paid $220 for the moving from main floor to main floor. You asked us again to move it upstairs once we arrived to the destination. We checked the space with our eyes, and it was not possible. So we said no, again. More than 1 year passed,2016 jan, you sent me an e mail and asked to move it to upstairs. I asked pictures, you sent me 8 pictures And my answer was still NO because nothing has changed. You said you measured it, we just need a strap to do the job. In my eyes we need space for the people also if you lift up the piano on the landing, the other top side of the piano will hit the wall and damage it. Your question was 2 d , and our answer was 3d. Next day morning you putted this review on homestars. Based on your "Assumption" not the fact. The fact is we have a guideline about the safety. Your staircase is too narrow to make 180 degree turn for us. We need more room to stand on both side of piano to lift and turn. There may be a company who has stronger person i know that, but we are not. So we said NO for the safety not the money. Would you mention the name of the company who said they can do it to you please? I already asked it over the e mail to you and you are not answering for 3 days. So i have a doubt about actually some other compan showed up in that evening and said yes. Also you didn't mention that they actually did the job. Just letting you know that We are freemen not slaves. We have a right to say no when its's needed to avoid damage, injury, accident. Its always better than say Yes and regret later.
