Now we know why Roofs on Homes get the kind of reviews they do. First, Marie, our initial phone contact couldnt have been more helpful. We had an active leak in our peaked roof and Marie got back to us very quickly with a plan of action. Danny , the owner, came out to inspect and evaluate our roof. He educated us on all the components that make a roof work really well. Within 24 hours he provided 3 written, itemized, estimates - including one to repair the existing roof. He made it clear which upgrades would be worthwhile and which didnt make sense for us while providing us every opportunity to pick and choose so as to accommodate our budget. Once we signed the contract he gave us a rough timeline that would be firmed up at the beginning of the month. They got here about two weeks earlier than promised and completed the job in 1 day. Our house is no mansion, but its not small either. They removed the old roof, replaced all the old plywood, cut soffit vents, and put on a new, multi-layered roof all in 1 day. They can do that because they are a team of 7, (no temporary or contract workers) all trained by Danny himself. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and happy. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

It was a pleasure to deal with Rich on the quote for my new metal roof installation. On the day of the install, Tony and his crew was punctual, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Roofs On Homes. We had to replace our roof as well as our neighbour on the other half of our house - semi-detached. Rich was so very patient and spoke to both property owners and waited for everyone to make a decision about everything. The workmanship was terrific and the workers were courteous and they cleaned up afterwards. We also had new eave troughs and some aluminum covering caps and a fake dormer. They did an excellent job and pointed out whet was lacking on our side of the building and fixed it. Their cost was reasonable and far below some other quotes we had. Cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.

A friend referred me to Danny. I was booked for an assessment very quickly- Danny takes the time to review finds and his recommendations. As Im not an expert, he took the time to really explain the options and impact on longevity. I did not feel pressured with sales tactics. I was given previous work examples so I could actually see that shingle on a roof. The quotes came within a week and have a great electronic system for signing off. Maria from the office was wonderful in coordinating the roof then eaves. I needed my chimney done and as that is out of scope- I received a great recommendation for that. I am Michael. I met Danny 10 years ago when he fixed the leakage of the roof. Before Danny, I employed serval roofers to do the job and they all failed. I promised to get back to him when I needed to replace the roof. Times flies, I need the new roof this year. I called no body but Danny because I was very sure he had exceptional knowledge to fulfill my expectation. Danny came, showed us (me and my wife) different shingles and the colours, explained what is ShingleMaster and Intergrity Roof System, also explained how we can upgrade to the extended warranty from standard warranty. Then he climbed up to the roof, took the measurement, and provided us two quotes (one for standard warranty, another for extended) couple days later. I appreciated Danny came again and finalized everything with us. Danny was not pushy. Couple weeks later, Maurico and his crew arrived early in the morning. Maurico was very cool, knowledgeable and professional. other crew members were all very polite, respectful and hardworking. They finished around five thirty and did most of the clean up before they left. Thanks for Tony (Danny's right hand man) staying behind for an hour to ensure the thorough clean up. I really appreciated. Also thanks for Danny's patience and Marie communicating with us. Regarding the price, I could not compare as I had no other quote. However, I have great confidence that Danny's price was extremely competitive. In conclusion: With their exceptional professionalism and craftmanship, I highly recommend Danny (Roofs on Homes) to be your roofer, both on repair or replacement.

Very good service and excellent communication. Rich was my sales guy and did an excellent job. The crew arrived early and finished quickly, and cleaned everything up. Very professional. I looked around with 4 different companies and they were all very similar in price. After covid I believe everything has gone up and do not be surprised when you are quoted over 10k for a roof. I went with Rich and the company he works for because they were respectful, listened to all our concerns and did a 10/10 job. They work with you and do not force anything on you. I would 100% recommend them. Thanks again for a great job

Danny and the team were outstanding, right from the very first contact when they came by to fix a leak, through to the quoting process, the booking of the job, the quality of the work, the communication and the clean up. They were very respectful of our property and excellent to work with. We really appreciated their input and suggestions on colours and different ways to doing things. This is the 3rd roof (2 different homes) that we've replaced in our lifetime and Roofs on Homes ranks head and shoulders above everyone else. Their price was extremely fair - not the cheapest of 4 quotes, but in the lower half, with better materials and outstanding craftsmanship. A huge thank you to Danny and the entire team. I have absolutly nothing negative to say and highly recommend this team to anyone looking to redo their roof.
