I'm extremely pleased with my choice to use Straight Up Masonry's services. Their work is outstanding, and came at a very fair price point. My request for estimate was responded to extremely promptly, with great detail, and with a very honest recommendation of required work (i.e. no unnecessary up-selling of recommended work). Tony and Crystal were extremely accommodating in scheduling work, and their labour crews were incredibly courteous, taking extra care on clean-up. Based on my very positive experience, I would gladly use Straight Up Masonry's services again, and have recommended them to family and friends.

Tyler did a great job ! We had two 2nd story windows enlarged down to the floor - bricks had to be removed and edging done and new stone sills placed. They were able to colour match our 23 year old bricks. Our window installers were impressed - "great brick work" was their 1st comment on seeing the new openings. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again to replace our damaged brick sills to stone. ones. Thank you Tony for coordinating everything & thank you to Crystal on admin side.

We contracted Straight Up Masonry to rebuild a tilting brick pillar on our 1920's circa semi-detached home. Straight Up removed the original pillar and found that that the footing had not been built properly- was only a foot deep and resting on boulders. They removed the boulders, dug down a good 4 feet and rebuilt the footing and pillar over 3 consecutive days. The attention to detail in the rebuild is excellent! Since the pillar was at the front of the house, we were concerned about matching the original brick. Tony spent time trying to find the best match for us and it looks great! The on-site team was neat and tidy, polite, and respected our property. You can tell from the workmanship and attention to detail that the team is very skilled and takes pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Straight Up Masonry.

Wow! What a beautiful job. The gentlemen who did the work were friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. They used materials that were in keeping with the age of my brick. The end result made me want to redo the whole wall. Looks great!

Our chimney brick above the roof line and along the shoulder has been crumbling over the last couple of years. We got 3 quotes but Straight Up provided the most professional/thorough quote and were well priced. Crystal and Tony were prompt and easy to communicate with. We were worried about how they were going to find a brick color to match our multi-toned original brick (which is no longer available) but Tony came through with a great option that was also similarly multi-toned, but there had to be a compromise of course on the texture. It looks great! Tony offered an opening within time frame he indicated in the quote and the crew was here bright and early the next morning. The crew was prompt and polite and cleaned up afterwards. They worked hard in the hot sun! We would definitely recommend Straight Up Masonry and already have to our neighbor!

Tony was an excellent communicator and worked with us throughout the project to ensure that requested changes were made possible. We are impressed by his professionalism. We adored Decky, he was very skilled and had the best attitude. Especially working with my elderly parents. They also guaranteed their work. Highly recommended.

Our brick house had never had the repointing done, and there were numerous areas of chipped or insufficient mortar, "step cracks" in mortar, and cracks in foundation blocks. There was a chimney that was no longer in use but didn't meet building codes that needed to be removed and capped. There was also a stone walkway from the deck to the driveway that was unstable and needed to be properly set into the ground. Tony did a thorough assessment and documented the work areas photographically before sending an estimate. He was both professional and personable, as were the crew members who did the work. They were able to start at the estimated time and completed the work more quickly than expected. We are very pleased with Straight Up.

We hired Straight Up Masonry to brick up a large kitchen window. The crew did an amazing job. The bricked up area blends perfectly with the surrounding brickwork. They exceeded our expectations.

Straight Up Masonry did a great job on my projects. I had both a chimney and a front porch pillar rebuild. Tyler and Chris were prompt, arriving super early each day to work. The mason work on both projects was top notch, job site was clean they worked fast and were friendly. Good quality and reasonable price. Very happy, will use them again!
