Had Daimon's team install some interlocking stone and a short fence in our backyard in June 2017. Despite challenging weather (very rainy spring) and ongoing street construction, they worked with us to get the backyard ready in time for summer. Daimon provided great insights pre-construction and his team executed our vision in a friendly and efficient manner. We are very happy with the outcome and won't hesitate to use Ashlar again when the front needs a facelift!

In May, Daimon and his team renovated our back and side yard. The project involved removal of a degrading retaining wall and shed and an over grow out of date side garden. Daimon's wonderful team of Matt and Paul worked tirelessly to put in an amazing 2-tiered 30 ft long stone retaining wall, and beautiful new walkway on the side of the house. They would not accept anything but perfection on their work and it shows. Everyone we met from Daimon's team were so polite and really seemed to enjoy what they did and working together. We highly recommend this company for their quality, professionalism and competitive pricing. We plan to contact them again about our front yard soon.

Daimon and Jamie's team were professional and courteous during the entire project. True to their word, they completed the driveway and backyard transformation in about 2 weeks. The works Ma ship is great, as they took time to do the base well and measure/custom cut pavers to match the curve of the design. I was delighted to see that the crew was so dedicated that they worked rain or shine(literally) to stay on schedule. Daimon also assisted greatly with plant selection & purchase and pass along significant savings on plants. They also accommodated some last minute design changes. Overall, I have nothing but praises for the team!!!

The crew did a great job removing an old side patio of bricks and railway ties. They installed new stone steps, a small stone area and new sod all along the side of the house. The work turned out terrific and the crew were great.

Where do I even begin... Daimon and his team are just amazing to work with. On time, organized and hold themselves accountable to the highest standards. I will put my review in phases. The scope - 500sq ft stone - New sod frontyard - New sod backyard - concrete slab shed pad - 55ft drainage pipe instal - create/enhance garden beds The quote: I contacted Daimon in late february to get ahead of the busy season. To my surprise Daimon got back to me in a very quick manor. About a week later he came to my place and spent ocer an hour with me in the front and back yards (the snow was still falling!) He provided excellent insight and ideas for how i should proceed. After our meeting we dealt with each other througg email, phone calls and text. He was very accessible. Post Quote Once i confirmed that Ashlar will be my preferred contractor Daimon came by again, this time spending almost 2 hours with us going over the stone for the patio garden bed designs and how everything will work. I was very surprised that no payment was required as a deposit! The job. Once the job started Daimon and his team were always on time. Never a minute late. They informed me everyday what the plan was for the day, they were polite, friendly and always willing to talk. The work was completed over 3 weeks due to heavy rains in our area. The team was always very careful to keep everything clean and organized. Daimon was also very accomodating to tweaks to the project, if i changed my mind on something and wanted it done a d00ifferent way, he was ways willing to accomodate. Post job Daimon came by and went through the whole property with me and made sure i was happy with the work. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Final thoughts. You will be hard pressed to find a contractor who is more professional, friendly and always concerned with ensuring things are done the right way. I would recommend Ashlar Landscapes any day and i will continue to turn to them for all my future landscaping needs. Very impressed 10 out of 10

It was a pleasure working with Daimon and his team. They are very meticulous about their work and it was evident they take pride in what they do! We had fence posts installed in our backyard just after they were scheduled to finish our landscaping. To ensure the new sod was not damaged they left a path so that the machines could get through. Once the posts were set, they came back to regrade the soil and lay the remaining sod. We extremely pleased with the work we had done and would highly recommend Ashlar Landscapes

Ashlar installed an interlocking brick path at the side of my house. Daimon was professional and great to deal with throughout the project from initial contact and quote to completing the job. The job was done on time and on budget.

Ashlar Landscapes did some work for us this past spring replacing old rotting wood ties with retaining walls in our garden. Daimon was very pleasant to work with and provided a detailed quotation. Ryan and crew did an excellent job and we were very satisfied with the result. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Ashlar Landscapes to do interlocking on our driveway. Their pricing was quite reasonable and Daimon was very responsive and understood our needs very well. At the end, not only did Daimon, Matt and other crew members do a very good job, but they were very professional and willing to spend as much time as needed to explain their action plan and address any questions we had. We have already been complimented by neighbours for a very nice driveway. Bottom line - they delivered exactly what was promised, with high quality, on time and on budget. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to others.

Daimon and the team were total professionals. They did great work, on time and right on budget. Our project had a few difficult aspects and they handled them all perfectly. I almost never write reviews as work rarely stands out as a great job, but it certainly did here.
