Out of the standard 3 quotes I received for this project Daimon landed right in the middle for pricing, but since it was a relatively small job this was not the biggest issue. We chose Daimon for his professionalism and the genuine interest he seemed to take in discussing all of the finer points of the job to ensure that he understood exactly what we wanted. In the end, the job was done exactly as discussed, on time, and on budget. To boot, we were actually out of the country when the job was done but Daimon’s regular communication over the course of the job ensured everything was done as expected. Ashlar is a solid choice for quality work done by good people at a fair price.

We had worked with Daimon about 4 years ago to install a walkway and and redo our porch. We were very happy with the work then and decided to work with him again to install a backyard patio. He and his team did not disappoint, much like our first experience with them. Daimon was informative and easy to communicate with as was his team. All very professional. We would definitely recommend Ashlar Landscapes.

We hired Ashlar Landscapes to install an interlock front walkway (with steps to the porch) and a backyard patio. Daimon was quick to respond to our request for a quote, he took the time to educate us about the different materials and options for the project, and he worked with us to refine our design while being respectful of our budget. The project started on time and the crew was incredibly professional, leaving a tidy site at the end of each day. We’re very impressed with the project, and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work at a very fair price.

We hired Ashlar Landscapes last year to hardscape our property. Our project included our driveway, front entrance, front walkway, side walkway and our entire backyard. Daimon was thorough with the initial quoting and scope of the work that was to be done. He also took our input on design and materials and was able to supply all that was requested. Upon completion of the project there was absolutely no surprise extra financial costs. Jaime and the Ashlar crew were meticulous with their work. They spent the proper time prepping the base, drainage, etc. and making sure all the work was done perfectly. They were very kind and professional asking us our opinion and answering questions throughout the entire process. They gave us an oasis in our backyard and the final product speaks for itself. Thank you Ashlar for the outstanding job and for going above and beyond to making our property look beautiful.

In late Fall 2020 Ashlar Landscaping replaced our front and back porches and replaced our old wooden deck with a new stone patio. Working with Daimon and Ashlar Landscaping was a pleasure throughout the process. Communication was consistent even before the initial quotation and continued to the end of the project. Daimon listened carefully to our ideas and concerns and design vision and brought his expertise to the details of the project. We felt as though this was a joint effort: he provided detailed quotations with options and recommended materials from which we could choose. He made recommendations that improved the durability and appearance of the project without increasing the budget. Many of our neighbors have a background in construction and could see how the project was well-constructed from the ground up to the finished project. A number approached Ashlar to work on their properties after seeing our project. We feel the best description would be value. Ashlar is not the most or least expensive, but they provide excellent value in the quality of their installation and the expertise they bring to the client. Ashlar will return in 2021 to add plantings due to the late November completion date. Update Summer 2021. Ashlar returned in finish the plantings, add a privacy fence and some lighting. They were happy to make some minor repairs where a surface had settled and was pooling water. Their communication before arrival was excellent as always. They gave us a list of possible plantings to review at a nursery before installation. They completed their work on budget even though we added some features to the plan. We are very happy with the final result . Ashlar was a joy to work with. We highly recommend them.

Ashlar Landscapes (Daimon and his crew) built our back yard patio and driveway last year. We are extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of everybody. Not only we but also our neighbors noticed the quality of the work performed. People still stop to complement us on our driveway. It is very beautiful and very good quality since the team dug very deep to assure that the base is very solid and the driveway and patio will withstand its original beautiful condition for years to come. Great work and we will gladly recommend Ashlar Landscape to everybody who is looking to beautify their driveways, patios, yards.

Ashler Landscapes did an amazing job giving our old patio a facelift!! All the grout that holds the stones in place was replaced and it looks amazing after a hard winter. Thanks to Ashler landscaping we will be enjoying our patio for years.

I am very pleased with the work Ashlar Landscapes did, the two workers worked hard and cleaned up after themselves every day. The work is exactly how I wanted it to look like. Daimon visited the sight frequently.
