Owner's are a sweet young family aiming to really please people with their service. Before I called Tailored Living, I contacted several other closet design folks. They were all disappointing, one even just texted me a price. Mr. Limo not only showed up to review the final work, but explained how we can reorganize and do different things. The price I received was a lot more and I was confused. I learnt that the other companies were simply drilling boards into the wall studs. Mr. Limo was actually giving me boards from ground up, using the custom closet material to hold up the hanging clothers. This explained why everyone simply just tried to win on price. At the end, Mr. Limo was the only person that did one thing no one else did. My close had a weird angle cut. Everyone refused to do anything and just hid it with boards. Tailored Living not only custom cut my corners, but really used 100% of my space. They are amazing! What sets them apart is that they have the cutting equipment in the truck! Other people order a package similar to Ikea and simply assemble it. Tailored Living really went above and beyond what others are doing! Thank you so much! My wife and I love it! I'm also super happy I'm helping out a new family get started! Overall: - Not skimp on parts, used solid material from ground up. No drilling on studs to hold the hangers. - Custom cut angles for me - All tools in the truck, so can change things you don't like quickly!

We are thrilled with the job that Benjamin and his crew did to transform the floor in our basement. What was previously just a concrete floor with peeling paint is now a very attractive floor with a very durable finish that should last for many years. They started the job on the promised date and completed it when they said they would. In addition because they had to gain access to the work area by walking through our recreation room they thoroughly protected the hardwood flooring by covering it with cardboard. Overall we are very impressed with the end result as well as the attention to detail. Gary & Joan

Benjamin Limo from Tailored Living was extremely professional and knowldegeable. I would highly recommend him. He came to my home to provide me a quote and a 3-D design of the closets based on our wish list and tweeking the design based on his experience. The installation was per our agreed schedule and completed in only two days. Benjamin and his team also cleaned the closets after the work was complete. We love our walk-in closets. Job well done by Tailored Living.

We could not have been more pleased with the work that Peter and Wendy did in our home. They were professional, courteous and efficient from start to finish! Peter came and gave us a detailed 3D plan of how we could maximize the space in our Master walk-in closet. He was patient and most of all, made sure that the closet would be completely functional for our needs. We were doing multiple renos around our house at the time and they were respectful of the other workers and followed up quickly to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our closet. We have had our closet for about 6 weeks now and we still cannot get over how much space we have! We would recommend Tailored Living of Ottawa to anyone. Thanks again!

We hired Tailored Living to do all of the organizing for our closets which totaled 2 walk-in closets and 4 reach-in closets. We received quotes from several closet organizer companies and Tailored Living Oakville cam in around the middle. The designed our closets exactly to our specifications and came ot our location several times to meet with us. FOr the most part I am happy the way the closets came out but I can't say that I'm 100% satisfied. For one, they are a bit messy. We had a gash in one of the walls heading upstairs as well as various marks and nicks in the work areas including some floors that were damaged. Also, lots of hand prints on doors, walls, etc. Many of the drawers were misaligned and some instances where handles were loose and coming off. They came in again and fixed these but I am still noticing misaligned drawers and one handle refuses to stay in place. To their credit they supplied additional shelving and a few bars that were beyond what was initially requested so they did make up for it somewhat. It's just that for the cost $9000 we were only $1000 away from another company whose work I've seen before and was mighty impressed. So all in all I'm ok with the service provided but I can't say that I'd use them again on future projects.

We were happy with the "value-for-the-price" ratio. Wendy took measurements and installation was 3 wekes later. When there were finished, we were able to use walk-in immediately. Definitely one of the "selling features" for our condo. 100% of the visitors commented on it.

I moved into my condo unit in Burlington. A one bedroom condo is alot smaller than what I have been used to. In such a small space being organized is important. Googled Tailored Living. They were listened to my concern which was to make my closet more efficient. The designer understood and was knowledgeable. We discussed my wants and needs and my budget. Tailored Living has software that designs your product infront of your eyes. I was impressed with that. We came up with a solution for my closet, selected a wood colour and within two weeks my beautiful, efficient closet was installed. They were organized, clean and very professional. Definately would have them again. I am now looking to organize mt laundry room.

Wendy & Peter were great and very professional. It was a huge job with lots of details. They were very helpful and provided great suggestions. Their quality of work is exceptional! They pick up and clean once they are done. Very considerate. Again, thank you! We are very very happy with our new room now a walk-in closet.

Premier garage was very easy to work with. They showed up on time and took the necessary measurements. I had an idea of what i wanted and had already used their website to know my cabinet dimensions but she still gave me other options during her visit. When they installed the cabinets they where fast and cleaned up after themselves. The cabinets are great. Very strong and work well. They followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the install. The only thing I could recommend is there should be a support across the back on each shelf and not just on the sides. When a shelf is loaded to the max it sags slightly in the center.
