I called a few plumbers for a pipe that burst in the basement on the top of the water heater, but I've got only "trip charge", "delays", "investigation fees" and all kind of other answers. Adrian came for free after gave me an aprximative price over the phone and did the job right away. He also performed other job for the same price, so from now he is our plumber.
