Thank you so much for doing our basement, and thank you for finishing the minor fixes in a timely manner. My Dad, and myself are really happy with the OttawaGeneral Contractor's service. As a company, you have excelled in your service. Ish made sure that everything that was't to our standard was taken care of right away. We were very impressed with the professional service right from the beginning. Andrew listened to what we wanted in our basement, and made sure we were able to get everything we wanted within our budjet. Michelle, did an amazing job with the slate tiles in the bathroom, it looks fantastic. Jeff managed to put the backsplash on the granite countertop in the bathroom, where none of the other contractors could because of the faucet being very close to the wall. We thought we would have to throw the backsplash away, but he did his magic, and made the backsplash work Blake did a fine job in the electrical work, and Cory did an amazing job in the framing- I wish i could show that off, but the drywall is covering it.:). Overall, we are very impressed with the workmanship,and service with this company, and definately would recommend Ottawa General Contractors to everyone. My dad said that if any of your clients are unsure and need a reference, they are most welcomed to call us,and we dont mind showing off our basement to anyone who may be unsure of the workmanshipof Ottawa General Contractors.. Yesterday,Brad, took care all the minor fixes that were an eyesore for me, and I am sure some of it may have been minor in hindsight (that only I would notice the imperfections), but because it was important to me, your company took care of it. Many people have horror stories about renovations, but I can honestly say this story has a happy ending. :).

Over the winter we renovated our kitchen with Ottawa General Contractors. This was the best decision of our lives. They had a team of people working for us. I always new what was going on, they gave me access to their files and I could see the progress reports. My on-site manager solved problems before I even knew they existed. My husband and I sat down with their designers and came up with a 3D image of our dream kitchen and when our renovation was complete, our kitchen and the 3D design looked identical!

Ottawa General Contractors renovated my kitchen last year. They were great. They showed me many design options and pricing-on-a-budget tips too which helped me decide what I really wanted. I was really glad we hired them.

Good -------- 1. Courteous and respectful. 2. Kept within their quote 3. Good quality control concept. Their quality inspector came on site to inspect work. After lots of initial issues, teh company changed personnel who were on site and it made a difference. They have been responsive to defects in worksmanship and fixed the issues.

In these days of getting scammed by contractors, Ottawa General Contractors are 100% dependable and trustworthy. That's my opinion, and I know many other people who share the same opion as I do. I had OGC re-do my bathroom and now I don't want to leave my bathtub when taking a relaxing soak at the end of the day, lol!

After a horrible experience with an unscrupulous company I was very hesitant to continue with my project and felt I could never trust another company again. Unfortunately, I had to proceed and fortunately for me OCG agreed to take on the job. I was impressed with the detailed estimate outlining exactly what I was paying for. They actually made some suggestions that saved me money!!! This company had to deal with several problems inherited from the previous company and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they were able to "fix" them. They encourage an open line of communication and take the time to listen to me. They are also very flexible when it comes to making those "small" last minute changes and they reign me in when I start to go way over budget. They truly have my best interests at heart. I contacted these guys early summer and got a reasonable quote but it wasn't within my budget. We talked for a bit and settled on a price that would work for me. They began work asap. The guys were in and out of there on my schedual and cleaned up well after themselves. They were very respectful and met all my needs. I'm very impressed and the end work looks fantastic. Nothing but a 10 from me for them. Nothing was out of place, nothing is making me even consider dropping the rating by a decimal.

We asked for a quote from the website and got an okay price. We were recommended by cousins to them because they did a very nice job in their basement and new kitchen. We got a shed built in the backyard and we extended our home by 15 feet for new kitchen. our kitchen was very small first but now its very big and me and my wife love it. we added an island in the middle with new countertops and floor tile and paint and cabinets. I say its a 10/10 for the way it looks and how fast it was done. I give 9/10 overall though because there was a confusion in the middle of the renovation that made the renovation move slow for a week but we fixed it up no problem. Still very good and i think you should go with them if you want good job.

We got a connected garage to our house. they assembled it and made the connection. very easy to go in and out. my wife is in a wheel chair so it makes it a lot easier to get her into the car for any appointments or to visit people, especially during winter. Its able to store 2 cars and a bunch of extras. I highly reccomend these guys. they did a great job and are a good group of guys

We actually got 2 jobs done by these guys. One of them is in the works this month. We're getting our Kitchen redone. They're putting in new countertops, cabinets, floor, island, sinks. Brand new kitchen. We called other companys actually even though they did a great job Juuust to see if maybe there was better value. Of course though, they were un challenged so we're going with them again. That's today though. We got our bathroom done in July. It was done quick, clean and looks amazing. We did a complete makeover and expanded the bathroom 4 feet both in width and length. Our manager was Ish and he did an amazing job keeping us posted and taking care of our little nit picks. Overall, these guys are a 11/10. I highly recommend them and suprised there's very little reviews for them or contractors in general.
