Of course, just as I was putting Thanksgiving dinner on the table, our fridge started to leak. We called Kenny and he was able to come quickly, diagnose the issue, provide a solution, order the part and have it fixed in short order. His service was pleasant, professional and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back in my home.

My dishwasher motor was making a loud buzzing noise for a few days and then stopped working entirely. I was convinced that the motor was dead. Called Kenny fix-it. Kenny came right when he said he would that afternoon. Rather then just making a quick repair and easy money, he diagnosed the real problem and and saved me $$ since the motor was not faulty and the real fix was relatively simple. Excellent diagnostic skills. Thank you Kenny.

A few years back, our dryer started to make some really loud noises. My wife called Kenny up, and he was there the same day to find out what was wrong. Turns out the belt had started to wear out. Kenny had out dryer up and running again quickly and cheerfully. I would definitely call him again when something else breaks.

Our refridgerator stopped working. I found Kenny using Google. He called me back very quickly after I left a message and was here to look at the fridge next day. He is very personable and easy to deal with and he repaired our fridge, clearly telling us that the problem might reoccur. It was similar to speaking with a good heart surgeon. The fridge is still working several months later. And I'm now calling him to come look at a stove....

When I was still living with my parents (a couple of years ago); Kenny Fit-It was called in to troubleshoot a washing machine problem (small leak). Not only was it fixed in a prompt manner, but was fixed with a smile!

Dryer died on a Friday night. Kenny was able to come first thing Saturday morning. Was prompt, called ahead of time to confirm and repaired very quickly and at a reasonable cost! Great work!

All in all, a great experience! I called Kenny this morning and he arrived at lunchtime. Our dishwasher was fixed within minutes and our stove was looked at and assessed for repair as well. As it turns out, the stove wasn't worth repairing, but Kenny reassembled it and ensured that it would be safe to use until we replace it.

I called Kenny around 3pm and he said he would come over that night and showed up around 7pm - good when other companies are closed. He asked what brand of dishwasher I had and I told him it was a Frigidaire and he said no problem; good knowledge of all major brands is what I thought. When he got to our house, he came in, took of his shoes and went straight to work and found the problem, a little door switch/relay with replacement cost of $5.99 which is what he charged us, not over-inflating the cost of the part. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. You always wonder about the integrity of people doing work for you and how much they will charge. Kenny was honest about the price for the job and gave a 3-month guarantee on his work. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Kenny came out the next day and quickly identified the problems with both appliances. I highly recommend Kenny's service - he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. There were several possible causes for the issue with my dryer, and when the first fix didn't work, Kenny did not charge me to come out again and he did not charge me for any labour when he replaced the parts (he only charged me for the parts). I will not hesitate to call Kenny the next time I have a problem with an appliance.

Good to deal with. Our dryer broke down so I searched Kijiji for a local repair company and he came within a few hours to look at it. He picked up the parts and repaired it the next morning. The price was very reasonable. Friendly service.
