These guys are awesome.   Since I wasn't exactly sure what date I was moving out on, they set up two appointments for me, which insured that I got to move out at the earliest possible time. They were on time.  Once they got there, they worked non-stop.  They even did a couple of extra things for me (i.e. taking furniture to the trash) They were careful with my furniture and there were no hidden costs. My furniture went to their storage and was well taken care of there. Delivery went as well as pickup.   I would definitely use them again.

They moved a set of bedroom furniture, desk and chair, lamps, and several boxes of kitchen & personal items from a 3rd floor apartment to the second floor of a private home. The distance of the move was about 10 miles and the entire process was fast and efficient . The movers were very professional and took care excellent care of protecting the pieces they were moving. I couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely use this company again!

I have used Viktoria twice before and that is the reason I continue to use them . On time - very friendly and professional . Can not recommend them enough. They are slightly more expensive we feel BUT the extra cost is worth it. They never leave until you are satisfied . They also will try to move in whatever you have and if it won't work will give suggestions. We will be moving in 2 years to go up north and hope the crew is available. Thanks

I used this company 4 years ago and was looking forward to another smooth move. Unfortunately, based on my most recent experience, this company no longer has the quality of customer service or movers that it once had. The movers were courteous but arrived an hour late and were slow - it took 2 movers one hour and a half to assemble my storage bed, for example, and they charge by the hour. The movers admitted to breaking a valuable piece of furniture because they didn't package it properly and due to their improper handling of such a fragile object, it broke during transportation. Because the damage was caused by mover error, to which the movers accepted full responsibility and noted such on the invoice, I requested compensation for the damage from management. Instead of professionally resolving the situation, I was shocked and distressed by the aggressive response from management, their lack of accountability and their attempts to disprove everything I claimed. When you pay a premium, you expect that your valuable belongings will be protected and to deal with a company that is professional, honest and respects their customers. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

This company was the best and I am not just saying that. We have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and every movers was horrible . These guys cared about ever piece they handled. They were professional from start to finish. Also, the price was lower then all the rest . Also Kevin kept in contact the whole way through. Just so happens were moving again for my wife's job and I am using them again. That shows you how good the service was. I am the kind of person that calls 20 places and asks so many questions before hiring someone. Let me say this company is 10 Stars across the board.

First, thanks to Boris and his crew: Adam, Erik and Dan for the smoothest move I've ever had. You guys were totally professional, completely friendly and showed enormous respect for my family and possessions. It was a total pleasure to spend the day with all of you. This mover is a bit more expensive than others, but the professionalism and kindness they showed from the first phone call, to owner/GM Kevin's visits for his very exacting and accurate estimate and prompt delivery of packing materials, and to the move itself is a very rare commodity in this town. These guys worked hard and they worked well, and in very good humor. Nothing we own was damaged in any way. Everything arrived in the same condition, and in some cases, better condition (Erik and Dan actually repaired two pieces of our furniture before they packed them on to the truck), than when it left our old home. There is a reason they are as highly rated as they are on Homestars. No reservation at all about recommending Viktoria Professional Movers as a first choice for a moving company.

We were very pleased with Victoria Professional Movers. They moved my mother from a house to a condo and they were kind, extremely efficient and very personable. They went above and beyond, it was certainly the most stress free moving day I have ever experienced.

They are wonderful!! Unfortunately we have had to move multiple times over the last few years. Viktoria's moving has been my go to service provider since trying them on our first move. I will never call another mover! They are very professional, fast and have NEVER broken ANYTHING on all of our moves. The crews all work very hard and fast. Thank you again for making moving day so much less stressful!! Hopefully this will be our final destination, but if not I'll be calling them again. Definitely worth every penny! Thank you Dan and your crews for all of your help and hard work!

Dealing with Boris and his crew was a pleasure. I spoke with Boris on Aug 12 to set up his movers as a house warming gift for my sister as she was moving to her new house. Boris asked questions like distance, number of stops and amount of large items to move and then gave me a quote. Boris also gave me a time frame that his crew would be available the following day and he confirmed contact information for myself and my sister so that he could be in contact as needed. The crew called my sister as expected and within 20 minutes they were at the first location. The crew then followed my sister to the storage facility to pick up more items and then they went to the new house to deliver everything. The crew consisted of three men two were experienced and one was new but everyone was professional and friendly. All three stops and loading and unloading took 7 hours. The service was excellent and the price just as good. I will recommend to all my friends.
