From the moment I phoned, till the moment I moved in....I have never received such awesome service. I phoned a few months ago and spoke to Maria. I was very impressed by her taking the time to explain everything. She knew I had many concerns such as my fragile furniture...house renos...and more. I was drawn to Viktoria movers because they have their 'in house' storage facility as well. Deep in my heart I knew my home renos might be delayed and their storage fees were very reasonable. The team that came to our place wrapped and cared for our furniture just like it was their own. They were very fast, efficient and kind. Maria followed up at every step of the way. Even while she was away on holidays!! My husband and I are very pleased. Especially because I'm 7 months pregnant and I have a toddler. The move was very smooth thanks to the team at Viktoria Movers.

Adam called me back and fit me into the schedule, even though my move was the next day. Two guys Boris and Kevin arrived on time to load me up. They were efficient and my stuff arrived without damage. If you have expensive furniture, you may want to make sure they schedule enough time for your move so that they are not rushed. But my goal was to get my stuff moved quickly for a reasonable price, and they did! I would use them again and recommend them.

Friendly, quick, reliable and all around perfect. Viktoria arrived 10 minutes early. We had an issue with one of the elevators in the building but the guys remained cool and got the job done on time. Thanks.

The team showed up at our home, laid down runners throughout, wrapped all the furniture, and efficiently moved everything out in a short period of time. They asked us to make sure they didn't miss anything. We were so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They took no time to get to our new home, again laid down runners throughout, and brought everything in. They made sure to get everything in the right room and in the right spot. They even moved furniture around if it wasn't what I wanted (even after asking them to place it there in the first place). Our move went so smoothly, we were very happy! We have recommended them to others we know that are moving in the next few months.

Three professional and personable young men showed up precisely at the appointed time in a large moving truck. All three men were easy to identify because they were dressed in bright red Viktoria Moving T-shirtsl. They had dollies, wheeled platforms and large containers for multiple boxes that they called "speed loaders". Since they were being paid by the hour I expected them to take their time. I planned for the job to take 7 to 8 hours. However, they moved quickly, packed the trunk in a very efficient manner and completed the entire job in 6 hours and 15 minutes. Since it was a beautiful Saturday, I was glad to have the whole afternoon to relax and recuperate from what could have been very tiring and traumatic experience. I would never hesitate to recommend or to use Viktoria Moving again for any moving job, big or small.

There was a crew of 4 young, very hard working guys who moved all our stuff from a 2-story + furnished basement house to 1.5 story rental. They team arrived on time in company uniform and appeared and conducted themselves in a professional manner for the entire move. My husband and I were introduced to each member of the team and who was the supervising member. They were efficient and yet took extreme care with protecting our furnishings, mirrors, and offered advice on how to arrange the furniture in the new place. They tool extra care of my piano and upon arrival to our rental the team immediately covered the entry wood floors. They were focused, worked extremely well together and at the end they asked me to walk through and see if everything was where I wanted it. We have moved often in the past and had horrible experiences with other companies. Viktoria sent personable, professional, efficient movers and for the first time, t his was my easiest and least stressfully move. I strongly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future!!

The Viktoria team arrived on time. The team were in company uniform and appeared and conducted themselves in a professional manner for the entire move. Upon arrival I was introduced to each member of the team and who was the supervising member. They were efficient and yet took extreme care with protecting our furnishings, mirrors, and art. They were careful of the condo itself covering floors etc. Our condo had one elevator and the team were so organized that the disruption for other residents was minimal. Other residents actually commented and asked how we found our movers as they had never seen such care taken in a move. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were to do, ie. a guy was wrapping art and furnishings another taking things to elevator another meeting the elevator and taking to the truck another packing thr truck. I've never seen such organization. They planned for moving of difficult and heavy pieces. Upon arrival at our new home the team immediately covered the entry wood floors. Every time they entered, without exception they stepped out of their shoes protecting our floors from the outside. They were focused and, worked extremely well together. At the end they asked me to walk through and see if everything was where I wanted it. As the supervising member prepared paperwork, the rest of the team stood by and I had the chance to chat with them. What a great team of guys. Personable, professional, efficient. This was my easiest and least stressfully move. I would strongly recommend this company.

There was a crew of 4 young, very hard working guys who moved all our stuff from a 2-story + furnished basement house across town into a 1500+ square foot condo. Shrink-wrapped many furniture pieces. They were thorough, careful and resourceful; for example, they had to remove the front door to get two couches out but they then put it all back together afterward. Had plenty of blankets to buffer things like picture frames and tables. Not a single item damaged. Additional perk -- mover provided free boxes and also took back the boxes used (caveat -- call before coming to pick up boxes; I made several pickup trips successfully but I needed some more at the last minute and they were out at that moment). Team was on-time the day of the move. Crew members were very polite both to us and to each other. Local, family-owned business. Viktoria were highly recommended to us and we highly recommend them.

These guys were great. For an estimate, Boris came and assessed the amount of my stuff, and gave me an estimate on packing time, and vaults. When I decided to pull the trigger, 2 people came right on time and did a great job of packing and boxing my stuff. They worked fast, we very friendly and did a great job. The packing time was exactly what Boris estimated. When they moved, it was pretty much the same. Fast, careful, professional. There is a reason these guys are ranked so high on Homestars. Boris was off by 1 hr - he told me 5-7, but was pretty confident on 6. But, completely in his defense, I did not get rid of 2 LARGE pieces of furniture that I originally told him I was going to get rid of - so likely, he estimate was again spot on. These guys cost a little bit more than the competition, but if you have had a bad move like I have in the past, you KNOW a $100 extra is well worth piece of mind. Right now, our stuff is in storage with these guys for a year and I am confident that it is going to be fine come move-out time.

Our move went as expected. The guys from Viktoria Movers were very nice and obviously very hard workers. It ended up costing more than I had anticipated for a small 1 bedroom apartment move, but I didn't ask for a quote up front (and we DID end up waiting around for about 20-30 minutes when my apartment building's elevator broke down with the last of my furniture and one of the movers in it! thankfully he was a good sport about it!). I would hire them again.
