    Home Alarm System Renewal

    I have been using Deluxe Alarms for the past five years. I was planning to shop around for a better rate for the upcoming September renewal and I was planning to switch company until I spoke to Silvana from Customer Loyalty at Deluxe. She is pleasant to talk to and she offered me good alternative. She did an excellent job selling me the right package. As such, I decided to renew my contract with Deluxe for the next 3 years. Thanks Silvana, you have saved me lots time for shopping around.

    Deluxe Alarms home monitoring

    We've been with Deluxe Alarms for the past 3 years and are pleased with the overall service. Silvana in their customer service department was pleasant and was very helpful in selecting the service package that was right for us.

    Alarm system

    I have been with Deluxe Alarms for about 5 years now and have been very satisfied with their service. They are very prompt in their response to the alarm when it is activated. Their customer service is great! Melinda Luckasavitch was a wonderful individual to deal with. She was willing to accomodate my needs. I would recommend deluxe alarms to anyone looking for a reliable alarm company.

    Home Alarm Service

    I found the customer service from Silvana Russo very helpful and courteous. This is my third contract with Deluxe and I never had a problem with their service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

    Alarm Service

    We have been a customer with Deluxe Alarms for 5yrs and have found that I am very satisfied with the service they provide. We feel secure when at home or away with the understanding that I have left the security of my home in good hands. I received a call from Deluxe Alarms while in South Caroline advising me of a problem and when I returned a service agent was at my home within 24 hours to rectify the situation. In addition I would like to comment that my contact with representative Silvana Russo was very positive and was very kind, knowledgeable and courteous.

    Deluxe Alarm Service

    We received excellent Customer Service from Amanda Powar. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. As new homeowners, we were skeptical and very much confused. Amanda was very patient with us and was more like a friend giving us advice then a salesperson. She was also super funny!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

    The prices and services are good and customer services from Amanda Powar of Deluxe Alarms Inc was very nice and appreciable. I hope this will be continued for enable me to recommend about deluxe alarm to my friends Thanks Rajiv.

    Home Alarm Monitoring

    Sept 2024 Update - I am updating my review from 13 years ago to reflect most recent disappointing customer service and business ethics. This review reflects my most recent experience with Deluxe Alarms. After 16 years with this company, we have decided not to renew our services due to a disappointing recent experience. About 1.5 months ago, the GSM light on our alarm system briefly turned on, then off. The following day, it remained on permanently. When we contacted customer service, we were told we needed to upgrade our system, which required signing a new 4-year contract at a higher pricewithout any prior notice. Given weve been loyal customers, paying monthly, we expected better service. We requested assistance to simply disable the GSM light, especially since we were paying for monitoring that was no longer functional. Instead, they refused, stating a technician was needed, which would incur an additional service fee. This felt like nothing more than an attempt to extract more money from us. As a result, weve cancelled our service. If youre looking for home alarm monitoring, I strongly recommend avoiding Deluxe Alarms. *************************** 2011 review - We've used Deluxe Alarms for the past three years and recently contacted them to inquire about renewal. I spoke with Silvana who I found very helpful as she was extremely patient, knowledgeable and provided some options to consider. Silvana was a pleasure to deal with and as such we have renewed with Deluxe Alarms.

    Home alarm - monitering

    I've been a customer with Deluxe Alarms for 5yrs and would like to say, i am very satisfied with the service they offer. I feel very secure home at night and even away from home just knowing they are like guard dogs watching over my family. I've accidentally set my alarm off a couple times and in the blink of an eye my phone was ringing. Yes--it was Deluxe alarm calling to make sure everything was okay. I would like to thank representative Silvana Russo who has been a tremendous help, very kind and courteous.

    Deluxe Alarms

    we have been Deluxe Alarms customers since 2004 and feel very secure with their service. It's like having a guard dog on duty. Silvana Russo is one of the nicest persons and very helpful.
