Deluxe Alarms has given me great service and pricing over the last six years . We have tested their response and they have been excellent. She arranged for their technicians to install some additional features I requested and was very accommodating in scheduling the appointment to fit my availability. I had an excellent experience dealing with deluxe alarms, the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating and patiently explained their products and services to us until we were ready to make an informed decision. We did not feel pressured at all at any point during our interaction with Angela. We researched the other deals out there and Deluxe Alarms has the best deal out there and its a Canadian company. My wife, Evette Lamaestra, spoke to Melinda today regarding issues we've been having with our alarm system (we are getting long distance charges on our Cogeco bill and the number is coming from Deluxe Alarms).
