We need to replace our old furnace that is as old as our house. It was still chugging along but during the past three winters that we lived in this house we were praying that it will not stop running every tIme we heard it's roar... When we learnt that the federal rebate program is extended we know we need to act fast. We researched on the website and read all the reviews that are available to the public and we decided to use Arctic Wolf for two reasons: 1) arctic wolf has a very good review on this board for it's knowledge and quality of work 2) it carries Armstrong, which is one of the most reliable brand you can find. Robin was very responsive to my query initially. He answered all my questions and came our for a quote in a very short notice. He explained the work needed to install the 95 efficiency furnace and also up to the codes. His quote was very reasonable. We liked his three year labor warranty as well as the snow saving coupon which I highly recommend to those who are still shopping for a contractor at this moment. The work was carried out one week after we signed the work order. Robin came with a 2 men crew and kept traffic area clean. They delivered what was promised and everything was completed by 6pm. Inspector was called 2 days later and the inspection went very well. Our neighbor is a long time heating/plumbing professional and he has given Robin's work a big thumb up! So we would highly recommend Arctic Wolf. Robin is a very knowledgable and easy going person to deal with. He really puts his customer's satisfaction as his highest priority!

We are 1st time homeowners and had a strict budget for our furnace replacement. Robin(company owner) gave us recommendations for the best possible furnace options within that price, and never pressured us in any way. He stayed within our budget and went over and above with service in a number of ways! He was courteous, transparent, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had multiple quotes done, and are absolutely happy and confident with our choice. We highly recommend Arctic Wolf, and certainly won't be going to anyone else.

We requested an estimate from Arctic Wolf Heating. Robin came to our home and checked out our old furnaces and where new venting pipes will be required. He informed us of the various choices we had and he did not try to up-sell any product. After we accepted the estimate, he was at our residence within the week and the work was done in 2.5 days. All of the old furnaces and old duct work was removed. We would highly recommend Robin to anyone who requires furnace work done. He worked quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the results.

Robyn the owner of this company came to do this work for us. He was on time, got back to us when we left a message, was very knowlegable and did the work in a very satisfactory and professional way. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs any furnace, vents, or heating problems solved as this is your guy to do it.

Overall experience was good. The new furnaces are great! Robin seemed very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. There were a few late mornings - nothing that a few phone calls didn't fix. A small mess left outside after drilling holes through foundation, but it was snowy out - excused.

I needed a furnace installed quickly and Robin was right on it. I called him on a Friday night and he came by in less than a day and I had a quote soon after. By Tuesday the bulk of the work was done and he fired up Wednesday morning. A few days later the tenant made some creative adjustments and Robin returned to reset the furnace and educate the tenant on how to use the furnace. I loved that he dealt with the tenant directly rather than me having to relay the info.

Robin was well-mannered polite and knowledgeable about the product. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner.Explained the reasoning behind the CO detectors and where they should be located. I would definitely recommend Artic Wolf.

Robin is the main guy and he has lots of experience in his field and knew what and how to do it professionally. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate about his work! We found him very friendly, approachable, polite, and kept us well informed of when he was coming to our home, how long it would take and what he was doing. In the 30 years of home ownership it is the first time we ever felt we should give a contractor a bonus for his great work!

We are renovating our kitchen and master bathroom/closet. A number heating registers as well as return air vents needed to be moved. We hired another contractor who just didn't show up, too common in the industry I have found out. Robin came by immediately, spent the time understanding our needs and provide great suggestions. He completed the work promptly and on budget. Robin is very personable and professional, I would recommend his company to anyone.

Robin recently came out to my acreage and completed a full tear out and install on our furnace and hot water tank. The original furnace and tank were on their last legs and Robin answered our call in a timely manner. In addition to this work he also completed some other items that were above and beyond his normal scope of work. All items associated to Robin’s company were completed in a timely manner and within the original quote. Robin was completely transparent and worked towards securing the best possible pricing he could from distributors. I found Robin’s work to be very organized and tidy. Robin was always conscientious about his work and I could really tell that he liked doing what he was doing, he took pride in a job well done. Robin always answered any questions I had and took the time to explain items I was unsure of. I will not hesitate to refer Arctic Wolf to my friend family and colleagues in the future and as a matter of fact, I already have.
