Max made a competitive quote for the job, and the replacement AC was installed the next day. Mohammed did an excellent job on the install and was done in around 3 hours. The new ac is quiet, strong and I hope to see some energy savings.

The service was prompt, air conditioner installation occur within 2 days of order.

They were prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They put that extra effort needed to adapt to the unique configurations of my basement and exterior to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Update: The water pooling issue below the AC coil was finally resolved by a 3rd technician. A 2nd technician came, saw the problem said its too much work l. The 3rd technician fixed it, turns out it's an installation issue. Appreciate that Max made sure to send technicians until the issues were resolved. Shows me they stand by their service. A QA service should help avoid a similar incident. Original: The interaction with the sales agent went well, decided to get their service the same day. Installer came on the promised day. The installation took 10+hours. Then we found out the humidifier was not wired back properly. The technician came back after 5 days to fix the humidifier connection. The issue we had here is the technician's non-familiarity with the advance thermostat. So if you're getting this company make sure you ask for someone who has experienced working with a Nest or Ecobee. They do eventually fixed the issue but it takes time.

Hot water tank failed and leaked. I was looking at having it replaced with a tankless, but wasn't sure if it was doable. Arranged appointment and spoke with Tony and he went over what was going to be done and very knowledgeable. As I did not have hot water due to the failed tank, he tried to arrange for same day install. Unfortunately, it was not possible as they were fully booked for the day. But they did book first thing in the morning the next day. Sam arrived within the scheduled time with another colleague to install the tankless water heater. He needed to make adjustments to the piping and venting as well as add an additional outlet for it. The install went smoothly. When done, they briefly went over the unit. They cleaned up afterwards and took away the old tank for disposal. Great job done. Will consider them for other services in the future. Thanks.

We had to replace our old rented water heater and decided to buy a new tankless water heater. Tony from "For Saving Home Service" arranged a site visit very quickly and discussed our options. Within a week, the installation was scheduled. Unfortunately, we experienced issues within the first hour of installation due to a couple of faulty parts. They arranged a technician to return to our home the same day, and then replaced the unit with another new unit, which works perfectly. We appreciated that they were very quick to respond even though the issue was not their fault. Tony was very apologetic and he and the technical team did everything possible to ensure we had hot water the same day. I would highly recommend "For Saving Home Service Inc."!
