Andrew from Lusso was a delight to work with for our front door design solution. He installed our front entrance glass inserts with perfection, we couldn't have picked a better company. Andrew is able to bring your custom vision to life with a very competitive pricing. Andrew was very knowledgeable and holds onto his words. I would highly recommend Andrew from Lusso Glass.

We kind of stumbled across Andrew's company and saw the good reviews and decided to talk to him and learn more. Very glad that we did. Andrew is patient, extremely knowledgeable about various doors, how things are manufactured and what the performance and differences between different materials are. His custom work was beautiful and unique. It took us a while to decide what we wanted - with work of this calibre and design you don't want to rush the process and so I suggest that you take your time, and allow the process to take as long as it does. Andrew came to our home initially, then later we went to his studio to see some glass samples, then later he emailed us some design ideas - all of this doesn't happen in a week so I think because we were not in a hurry that also helped our experience. When the day came for install, his team came to put in the doors and what an amazing team. We truly have never seen such professional install. Our house is older and so of course nothing is straight and we had lots of challenges but his team was professional, absolutely exactly and uncompromising in getting these doors put in perfectly. I now realize how poorly the existing doors were installed. They managed to install it all in one day. The original doors looked so bad we thought the wall would have to be ripped out - but no - it was the install of the original door was so uneven that it made the wall appear bad. Hard to explain but suffice to say the install demonstrated superb skill. A week later Andrew himself came to install the glass inserts and we are more pleased than we imagined. We simply love the new doors and so glad we didn't wait. After raving about them and showing them off to friends and neighbors I then learned how reasonable was the price point. We didn't do a lot of shopping around for price - we shopped for quality only - but imagine our pleasant surprise to find out that the price point was so incredbile for a custom product. I only wish I could use Lusso Design again....but Andrew and his team already did 3 of the doors I have! There were a few minor details that we wanted addressed and Andrew was responsive and 'made it right' for us. Definitely recommended.

This is the second time I've used Lusso Design and he didn't disappoint. The door looks amazing. The most impressive part is Andrew's guys never leave a mess. Anyone that uses contractors on a regular basis can understand how awesome that is.

We decided to replace our from door and side doors, and started asking companies to provide quotes. Andrew came, showed options for us and provided his quote which by the way is very competitive. We decided to go with fiber door with sidelights for the front and steel doors on the sides. The doors were installed about 2 weeks ago and we loved the outcome especially the glass/metal design. Anybody coming to our house can't help but notice the front door. Andrew, at no additional cost, also installed aluminum covering on my front door step to make it look nicer and match with the door. Recently we moved into a house that needed a new front door. Following our previous experience with Lusso Design I didn't even consider calling anyone else for the job. Yet again, the whole process from design through the delivery and installation was flawless. Andrew is a true artist and the client satisfaction is his top priority. He created the inserts as per our design and provided recommendations to make them even more beautiful. That included the creation of a big arch over the door, which he designed to match the inserts perfectly. Once the door was ready Andrew sent Alex to install it. Alex also did an amazing job installing the new door, paying attention to every detail and leaving the place nice and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lusso Design to anyone who is looking for a new door or inserts.

Integrity, professionalism and attention to detail best describe Andrew and Lusso design. He was patient, extremely knowledgable and truly cared about his clients and doing a great job. He knew our door would be a bit of a challenge (as we have an older home) and he sent his best guy (Alex) to do the job. We are extremely happy with the end result. His attention to detail and strive for excellent customer service are the main (but not only) reasons I would recommend him again. He remembered finite details of our order (style of door, colour) and kept his word (sending his best guy, replacing a panel when needed). He even added an additional lock we had purchased at a store! Over the top customer service, truly.

Andrei has helped us pick the right colour and design combination, as well as provided us with a number of samples, so we could visualize the future door.
