Great customer service! Yesterday I called grand alarms customer service wanting to add a tenant to my account, the customer service representative was very informative and made adjustments to my account. When it was time for my tenant to add her own user code the representative walked us through the step by step process and also gave my tenant information on how the system works/how to use. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a alarm system!

We started doing business with Grand Alarms almost 5 years ago in response to a flier that arrived in our mailbox. After discussing our needs with their sales rep we settled on a wireless system that has served us well since its installation. Recently, we replaced several windows and needed to have sensors reinstalled. The tech rep was quickly scheduled to make our monitoring as seamless as possible and it turned out that it was the same technician that had been to the house before (bonus!). He installed the new sensors, reprogrammed the panel, then tested the entire system from our end and checked with the monitoring station to ensure they had a fully operational system as well. All very through. We are very satisfied with Grand Alarms. They are very pleasant on the telephone, responsive, well-priced and competitive. Can't do any better than that. Full marks!

Our new insurance company required an alarm certificate and when I contacted Grand Alarms the staff were competent, reliable, courteous and professional. What more could anyone ask for? I'm impressed!!

Great consistent service from Grand Alarms, service technicians are very skilled and complete installations without issues. Every customer service person is friendly and helpful. No issues to date with 4 years of service from Grand Alarms and the price is very reasonable. The app is great so that you can arm alarm from your phone.

The lady in customer service responds well and resolved our issue patiently. She tried to pinpoint the problem and was able to book a service appointment right away without any cost to us.

I have been with them for over 2 years. Every time my alarm goes off, they always call amd send someone out to check my house if I’m out of town. They are very helpful, Polite , and know what they are doing. I am very please with Grand Alarms and highly recommend them.

Kelsie was extremely helpful and helped me renewed my contract and also consider for my benefits to provide what I need with minimum cost. In addition, the technicians who came to install/upgrade the system were nice and efficient. They explained to us how to properly use the alarm system and ensured that my family is safe. I highly recommend grand alarms.

The staff is really nice and consider for my benefits to setup what I need with minimum cost. And on the day for installation, I forgot the appointment the technician waited for me for more than an hour without any complaint.

The alarm system is incredibly basic however i am being charge for quite i high rate. Also i am locked into a contract for 3 years which is unfortunate. Also i don't think he service is worth the cost.
