I was extremely pleased with Fara's customer service. I recently switched to a VoIP system not realizing that my alarm system required a landline. She presented me with several different solutions, and responded to my millions of questions, promptly and courteously. She then quickly set me up with an appointment for the GSM alarm system and now I am able to keep my existing the VoIP system and got the GSM alarm installed for a very good price. All this occurred within a timely manner (4 days from my initial email).

I shopped around to virtually every alarm company before selecting GRAND ALARM. I have been absolutely delighted with their price, service, and quality. The service response is very prompt and all the servicemen are nice and do their work properly. FARA helped me on how to set up the system over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to those people who would like to have an alarm system installed. I have recommended them to many friends and neighbours without hesitation.

Amanda has been great in answering all our questions and responded to all our questions quickly. She also helped us setting up our appointment for installation and followed-up diligently with us as the appoint day approached. We are very satisfied with her and Grand Alarm overall.

It's been a year and a half since we moved into this new home, and GA was able to solved our hardware issues time after time over the phone. Their step by step instructions were easy to follow as well.

Grand Alarms recently installed an alarm system at our new home in Brampton. I deal with Amandeep Powar, the company's representative. She explained about their products, cost and other benifits with patience and answered al my questions. The whole process was very smooth including installation and transactions. The installer also did his job well. Their rates are very competitive and service is very well. I will recommend Grand alarm system to all who read this.

When I contacted GA for renewal I spoke to Sarah who had an undermining tone and attitude. I asked to speak to her supervisor and I was really impressed by Bav Patel and his professionalism. He assisted and resolved the issue immediately. If it wasn't for Bav I would have cancelled my contract. Thank you Bav and Leo and keep up the good work!
