Last service call was horrible experience. They were abrupt if not rude (answered phone with "yeah", hung up without polite ending) and it continued on the service call (calling me "buddy") such that I eventually kicked them out. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Called and bought over the phone since I had researched the designs and media and didn't get sucked in by the Kinetico "magic water" sales lines. The fellow arrived on-time and provided the exact items I ordered, plus also there were no additional charges not explained to me. It was installed cleanly in my basement, the way I wanted it, with the locations discussed with me before plumbing (an issue my Dad had with a different vendor). Overall, I'm very happy - he showed me how to use the unit - showed me how to install salt and also set me up for filter updates on his system for the RO unit. Overall I'm very happy with the transaction and experience.

Update ....we attended the last home and garden show and were able to speak to the owner of this company. He promised to look after the next day and he did. The system is now working and he did not charge us to fix the problem. I am sure that if there are any further issues that they will be delt with right away. Now that the system is working I am very happy and would reccomend this softner. I had a Kinect water softner system and sold it because this company said theres is better, however we do not find it to be. We have called but the service was not good. They said nothing is wrong and wanted to charge us for coming out . I really wish I had not bought from this company.
