We have been enjoying our Dynasty spa from World of spas for approx 2 years now and wanted to pass along to anyone considering a spa that World of spas have excellent products and the customer service to back them up. We enjoy our spa daily and by following the recommendations of chemical management and routine maintenance have had NO issues. The team at world of spas have been excellent to deal with and Boe who sold us our spa has been particularly helpful after the sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend purchasing a spa from world of spas to anyone.

We can't say enough about Dynasty Spas. From the sales team in Calgary to the delivery team this company has gone above and beyond. The sales reps were patient with us in helping us understand exactly what we were looking at and ensuring that we were making the right choice for our family. When delivered the team was courteous, helpful and had it set up in no time. Followup is superb. Excellent experience.

This is our second hot tub, we use 3-4 x/week 12 months of the year. This tub uses @25% less power than our prior unit. We did have some manufacturer issues, however even after almost a year World of Spas backed the product and dealt with it. Much Appreciated.

We purchased our Dynasty Spas hot tub at the home show in September 2018 from World of Spas. The tub was delivered within a week of the scheduled date originally set up. Very impressed with the drop off and set up of the Spa. Wish our salesman would’ve followed up to check in how everything was running initially and if we needed assistance with chemicals etc. However when we called World of Spas an associate was immediately available to walk us through any questions. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our 8 person Dynasty Spa all Winter long, the evenings out in the country watching the stars or early mornings with a coffee. We highly recommend this brand to consumers and World of Spas as a trusted company.

We purchased our spa in July at the stampede showcase and all the sales staff there were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, without the high pressure sales atmosphere that usually happens at similar shows. After the purchase our tub was delivered exactly on time and the delivery crew were quick and efficient, and able to answer any questions we came up with as first time spa owners. Since then, all the staff at the store have been excellent and helpful with anything thats come up, especially answering any chemical related questions. The ladies at the front desk have been informative and super helpful and patient. I would highly recommend purchasing here to anyone looking for a top notch customer service experience.

Bought new spa middle of September was delivered middle of October way ahead of estimate delivery time sales people at dynasty spa were exalent very proactive went above and beyond to make are buying experience a 10 out of 10.

We purchased our hot tub just over a year ago, and I’m telling you... I believe it was the best purchase for our family of five, We just love it! Especially the kids....The water always looks clear and inviting, as it is so easy to maintain.. Our little one who is now three, has learned how to swim in it and now she is a little fish. The neighbor kids all come around and they love the lights and music. It is great for entertaining and relaxing.. The store staff are always so helpful every time we come in or have any questions. it been all good, 1 small problem, they had it delt with the next day. We Love to tub!

We bought our swim spa at Dynasty Spas 3 years ago and we absolutely love it. We had several questions before we made our purchase and the staff at Dynasty answered all of them. We still buy all our chemicals and supplies from Dynasty because every time we go in to the store the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend Dynasty Spas

We received great service from the Calgary office as well as the the home show. Staff was informative, answered all our questions. We are enjoying our tub and are happy with our purchase.

This place has been nothing but amazing for us. We bought our tub in 2012 and have been so happy with its performance over the years. Not only is this one of the greatest purchases we've made, the service at World of Spas is 5 star!  We've had our tub for 6 years and experienced one incident just this year where it was losing water. One phone call and Gary the mechanic was on the scene! He figured out the issue and went above and beyond to screw all of our deck boards surrounding the hot tub back into place after he fixed the minor issue.  Rosie, Jan and Stuart at the shop are all so kind and helpful. Every time I go in to buy new filters or chemicals, someone is there to greet me and help out. Its the only place to buy your tub....we even got a free massage chair when we bought ours! World of Spas Rocks!
