I purchased a tot tub, gazebo and massage chair back in 2014 and have been a happy customer ever since. Carol and the entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have always answered all my questions on maintaining my hot tub. They have all products I need in stock and it's a great feeling to melt your stress away in your own backyard. The gazebo is very good quality and it can withstand all our harsh winter conditions. The massage chair is excellent and it helps complete the spa experience. I would recommend them and have done so to family and friends.

I purchased a 3 person hot tub from Dynasty Spa's about 4 years ago ..I absolutely love it!! Use it all the time. I also like their chemical Tabex that they have in store

We bought our Hot Tub at the home show this year and received it about a month or so later. This is by far one of the best investments we have made. As well the staff at Dynasty is always very helpful.

Rochelle and her team were awesome to deal with!!! They delivered our CLUB 8 tub early for us last week on Friday and we have been in the hot tub every night since then!

We bought our Visscher Lake Louise Gazebo a little over five years ago to house our big hot tub. It has been a wonderful addition to our backyard! It is well built, sturdy, looks great and houses our big hot tub beautifully! Shortly after installation, a big crack in the dome happened. We let Dynasty Spas know and we were sent an upgraded dome free of charge! We appreciated the service and love love, love our Gazebo! Thank you Dynasty Spas!

We received our Caspian 42 spa in June 0f 2016 from Dynasty Spas and love it. We love our family time in the hot tub star watching 3-4 night a week. We had a minor issue with out tub when we first received it but Rochelle made sure it was repaired properly and followed up to ensure we were happy. Thank you

We had seen a continuous swim hot tubs in magazines and on T.V., but couldn't believe that we would actually see one at a sports and leisure show. It was a dream come true and has been ever since. We purchased our swim spa that day and couldn't wait for it to arrive at our little house on the prairie. That was 2 years ago. We totally LOVE it. This is enjoyed by our whole family, and many friends. We built a big sun room for it so we can enjoy it year round. This is our stay-cation and is so worth every penny we spent. The people at World of Spas/Dynasty Spas went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are just a phone call away and always so happy and helpful . Totally recommend the company and the swim spa....

We purchased a Caspian Model Hot Tub from Dynasty Spa last month. We are thoroughly enjoying the tub and cannot be happier with the product. They have been super great for extra advice and quick to help if needed. We look forward to continuing business with Dynasty Spa.....

Could'nt be happier with our new Dynasty spa. Everything about the spa is great! Friends are enjoying it as much as we are. Sleep comes easier after a visit to the spa,body pains seem to become less. Thank you Dynasty Joan H
