We recently had a new AC installed by Boonstra – we had used them before for smaller furnace maintenance and had always found them to be great. During the AC installation, a piece of interior piping that connects to the furnace had to be replaced – they had to send out for a new part (up to code) and, it turned out, that replacement part was no longer available, and was in fact no longer being manufactured, for our particular furnace model; that worried us since, without that new part, our furnace would not be able to operate, and it seemed that there was no place from which Boonstra could source that part. On the first day that it became apparent that it would be difficult to source out that part, we received five phone calls from three different Boonstra people assuring us that they are on it and will take care of it - and that was impressive – and when we would call to ask for an update our calls were all returned very promptly with detailed info was given on where things were at. Most impressive was our sales rep - Glenn - in addition to regularly staying in touch with us by phone to give us regular/constant updates, Glenn in fact personally dropped in - twice - to our house, without any appointment, just to make sure things were on track and getting resolved. In the end it was all taken care of, but the level of customer service from Glenn & his team was truly excellent. As a result of our previous experience with Boonstra, and most particularly as a result of this current experience with Glenn and his team, I would definitely recommend Boonstra for any furnace or AC issues.
