    New AC & Furnace

    This past week we had a new AC unit and furnace installed from Boonstra. My initial dealings were with Chris and he was awesome! Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He really put me at ease with the job that was required. Thank you Chris! Then came installation day and Joe & Evan showed up right on time and they were here all day working really hard (furnace is in the attic...not an easy job!) Great guys, very friendly and considerate. These two were amazing! Thanks Joe & Evan! Both systems are working great and I will definitely refer to family and friends.

    Air Conditioner replacement, Duct Cleaning

    The Air Conditioning installers did neat, sound, and careful work. A bit hasty about explaining their check-list at the end and didn't walk me through to show me what had been done. The Duct Cleaners were very thorough and walked us through what they were going to do and afterwards, had done. The technician took the trouble to go back to his shop for the correct air filter and returned to instal it later in the afternoon. Duct work technicians were Scott and Turner. Don't have the names of the Air Conditioner installers. All work done June 9th.

    a/c

    1. I was searching for an odd sized filter and the receptionist went to great lengths to try and track one down. 2, A/C failed to start. Luis arrived at 9 am next day. He diagnosed the problem, (failed capacitor), and checked the system all under warranty. So I had excellent, friendly, customer orientated service from two people who are a credit to Boonstra

    New Air Conditioner

    This was a new A/C unit replacing an older unit. The anticipated run for new piping ran into an unforseen glitch whereas the original runs were inside finished basement fixed ceilings. The initial thought was to cut into the ceiling at various locations to determine if there were other glitches. I did not wish to do that, so, we started to look at optional new runs. We agreed on a new route which meant drilling through the outside wall from the furnace room and lifting a fair amount of wooden decking so as to run the piping underneath the decking joists. This took a considerable amount of manpower beyond the initial estimate. Boonstra lived up to their quote and worked from 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.to have a satisfactory conclusion on their and my part. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience with them as a supplier. They also supplied me with a new high efficiency furnace 6 years ago with no problems.

    install new air conditioner

    I am very pleased with the service obtained from Boonstra. Our old air conditioner was beyond repair. A service man came at his scheduled time to assess the air conditioner, followed by a home comfort advisor the next day. We agreed to have a new air conditioner installed and it was done the very next day. The installers were efficient, courteous and left everything in great shape when they left. They went above and beyond our expectations!

    yearly a/c checkup

    once again my plans have to be changed because they have had an influx of a/c calls this morning, this is not my problem, and I am pretty sure it is not that hot out that these are emergencies, Im sick and tired of having to reschedule my life, to accommodate them, Im pretty sure its suppose to be the other way around, I have had many issues in the past with Boonstra, (their service guys are fantastic, no issues there,) and I can see why they no longer offer the $500.00 satisfaction guarantee offer, they would go broke, not happy with their service at all and there will definitely be no recommendations coming from me, and if I want my a/c checkup done,I have had to reschedule and make another appt. and once again have to change my plans for next week in order to get this done--not happy at all

    Furnace would not come on

    When we got up this morning our furnace wasn't working. A technician was at our home within a couple hours of our calling Boonstra. He fixed the problem, explained everything in detail and was friendly yet professional. We have an annual maintenance agreement with Boonstra and the part and service call were covered. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received today.

    Furnace Tune-up

    Called Boonstra for a furnace tune-up ($132.99). Talked to the tech and was advised that it wouldn't be worth doing the tune-up, rather a new system was required. Received an invoice for a 'diagnostic' ($129.99)...three dollars less, and no work was done. My complaints were dismissed, and the customer service was extremely unprofessional. Won't be calling these guys again.

    Furnace

    Furnace broke down in the middle of the night. I had a service person in my home by 10;00 a.m. A salesman there shortly after wards and a new furnace installed in the evening. From the service guy to the salesman to the installers...FANTASTIC!!! A job well done and would call them again. Thanks so much.

    furnace replacement

    We had to awesome had working guys re do our heating and ac. They work from early morning to late evening to make sure our heat stayed on during -30 weather. Adjusted duct work around my reno and were extremely professional. Thanks to Mike and Evan from Boonstra who did an amazing job. Jeff Dorin
