Fabulous service from Marco. Initially had Abby air come over who left without being able to identify what was wrong, said all was ok. Unconvinced called here and immediately he diagnosed and corrected the issue. Thank you so much!

Upon my furnace & HWT being shut down, Boonstra was on the job getting things started for replacement with in hours. I was most satisfied with their overall service and the helpful, courteous and considerate representatives at all levels. They started and finished when they said they would and were forthcoming with answers to all my questions.

My furnace died and I was freezing! So rather than call the manufacturer for an out of warranty repair (again!), I reached out to Boonstra's...before the end of the day, they had diagnosed the problem, replaced the part that needed fixing, and were on their way. Service time was less than an hour. Marko and Chris were great to deal with! Would def recommend Boonstra's, looking at them for possible replacement furnace as well!

Peter came by to fix various issues we were having with our furnace. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help get our furnace up and running properly. I don't normally write reviews but felt Peter needed to be recognized for his efforts. Thank you, Peter. I hope your bosses recognize the top level service you provide.

Just moved and had Boonstra in to inspect the air conditioner because it was a 20 year old unit. Very efficient And knowledgable regarding the unit. Gave us a tutorial in how should be operating properly and gave us some tips to keep it running.

Luis arrived at the scheduled time. Wore special foot covers. Thoroughly did the furnace tune up. I had a list of what was involved sent to me forehand on the net from my asking the gal who scheduled my appointment. Very knowledgeable and experienced technician and able to answer any questions comfortably. Made some good recommendations for future maintenance and hydro cost savings. We have used Boonstra Heating and Cooling for over 30 years and their service only gets better and at most reasonable prices. Highly recommend for Heating and Air needs.

We recently had to get a new furnace. Devin the rep from Boonstra's was extremely helpful and courteous.He took the time to explain all the options available. He also told us to call him anytime we had a question about the system. The installation crew arrived early and went right to work. They were very professional, and completed the installation a reasonable amount of time. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and thoroughly explained the system to us. All in all a totally amazing experience. I would highly recommend Boonstra's in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a new furnace. Job well done!

Certainly the best installation I have ever seen! The work crew was prompt, very professional and clean. Our salesman went out of his way and time to make sure we got the right fit and were comfortable with the purchase. I would highly recommend Boonstra!

I recently needed to get a new furnace in our house. Boonstra was very competitive and knowledgeable. We scheduled the installation and they were here promptly on time. Floor covering down and work began. They were very professional and the first crew did the tear down then the installer came in. The whole process took most of the day, but the workmanship was outstanding and done with great care. I was very happy with the work done, and would certainly recommend them.. Great Job!

Our water heaters were done and left a huge mess in the furnace room because they had leaked. Boonstra came in and within 24 hours not only did we have new water heaters but they had taken all the mess that our old heaters left. They really take great care of their customers and their products are quality products. I would definitely recommend Boonstra to everyone. Special thank you to Chris.
