    Water Softener & RO System

    We have had a great experience with Rainsoft. Martin came to our new home, took a look at the current system, tested our water and made recommendations ... now pressure. We installed a new water softener and RO (Reverse Osmosis) system and it was done in a clean, efficient and professional manner. Marrtin follows up with us yearly to check in and see how our systems are working. Nothing but a positive experience for us :)

    Reverse osmosis water system

    I purchased a reverse osmosis water system when I lived north of Toronto. I had it installed at my new home in Ottawa and was simply told when to change the filters. After googling companies in Ottawa, I called Rainsoft of Ottawa and got great advice for what I needed to get. I also got a detailed explanation of how my system works. I am very relieved to have found Rainsoft of Ottawa, we are in good hands!

    Reverse Osmosis and Water treatment system

    We had our reverse osmosis and water treatment systems installed in 2007 and are very satisfied with the product. We have always received good advice and friendly service from the staff at Rainsoft. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a water purification system.

    Water filtration unit and installation

    Our family has been using a carbon filter filtration system for our shower for years for my wife as the treatment system in Ottawa causes issues with her skin. When my daughter displayed signs of dry skin at the age of 2 we figured that it would be good to start looking into filtration for the whole house. THE SALE: Even though this occurred a year ago, the gentleman that sold us the system did NOT give us a sales pitch. He was very professional and gave us options. He was open with prices when we discussed things and the purchase went very quickly in about 15 minutes we knew what we had wanted and finalized the deal. Quick and efficient which in my books is high praise. THE SETUP: Two gentlemen installed the system, I believe that they were a father and son. The whole installation took about an hour for the carbon filtration system and they were pleasant to deal with and very professional. THE PRODUCT: I have lived most of my life in Ottawa, and disliked drinking water from the tap. I have gone through so much bottled water, Brita systems and nothing compares to the filtration that Rainsoft provided. Once the product settled in the water has been fantastic and we have been drinking tap water ever since. A year later it was one of the best decisions/investments for the house that we have made. RECOMMENDATION: If you want to have great water and can afford to get a system from them, Rainsoft of Ottawa has my highest recommendation. Thank you guys for doing such a great job. The system has been working great and I will never go back!

    oxy tech and tc series 75V

    Rainsoft- so pleased I went with this product and with the company Eternally Pure Water Systems. The units Oxy Tech and TC-75V have cleaned up what was once horrible smelling well water. Imagine- now I can enjoy water straight from my tap. Although not in the general Ottawa area, Martin did not hesitate to make the trip and provide information on the units and their installation. Excellent product,...Excellent results..and job well done. Thanks go to Martin and his Team.

    Sulphur, Tannin, UV and Reverse Osmosis

    After many years of so-so well water, we are now enjoying terrific well water! The OxyTech, the TC-50, the UV and reverse osmosis systems were installed for our sulphur and tannin-laden water. We are very happy with the end result: good and smell-free water. Thank you to Martin and his team for their professionalism and for being so helpful.

    Under Counter Water Filtration

    Martin installed my first under the counter water filtration system about 15 years, and two houses ago, after seeing the scary amount of "nasties" being filtered-out! Since then we have enjoyed great tasting, pure water and for our small appliances, as well as no build-up of nasties in us and our small appliances. Martin has kept us on schedule with prompt calls to change filters and given us the choice to do it ourself with a discounted price...super product, pure water, trusted service...priceless!

    Reverse Osmosis water system, and whole home carbon filter

    I grew up on well water and couldn't stomach the chlorine smell and taste in my tap water. I purchased bottled water for a period but after some research decided it was not a health conscience decision (very loosely regulated) and certainly not environmentally responsible. When my daughter was born I started looking more seriously into a water filtration system to filter out the chlorine, but also the flouride, heavy metals and pharmaceuticals that make their way into our drinking water. We decided on the whole home carbon system bcs I've had dry, itchy skin since moving to the city and a friend recommended that this system helped her little ones with dry, eczema patches. She was so right! My skin cleared up within weeks. My ice cubes are clear and I'm confident every time I give my daughter her sippy of water :) I take my Rainsoft water everywhere - the taste is soooo much better. I also send it for my daughter to her daycare! Thanks so much Rainsoft! Your service was also fantastic and I'm so happy with the product.

    Reverse Osmosis Water System

    In 2002 I bought the Rainsoft water system reverse osmosis. Ever since then I have been drinking only pure water from my home system. I even carry my water with me everywhere I go: at work, when I visit family and friends, and even when on vacation. I feel safer drinking it, knowing it is pure. I can really taste the difference too. I have been enjoying a healthy life and I also know, as a health care provider that the water we drink is an important factor for maintaining our health. If you care about your health, I would strongly recommend you start to choose drinking pure water. Rainsoft Water Systems will definitely provide you and your family the healthy water you are looking for. I know I can trust Rainsoft. I have relied on their services from qualified technicians for the last 11 years. This company is timely, dependable and professional. I recommend Rainsoft to all my friends and family.

    Water purification system

    We installed Rainsoft products 9 years ago when we lived in Orleans. We like that taste of the water so much we moved the system with use to Greely, even though we are now on a well. My family prefers to drink the water from the Rainsoft system vs. any bottled water on the market.
