Awesome system! I live in the country and my water was extremely hard. My water faucets were getting caked with sediments and it looked really gross. I had to clean my faucets and shower head all the time because they were getting clogged up. So I started looking for a water treatment system to remove deposits and soften my water. After talking with friends and reading about all kinds of water treatment systems I settled on RainSoft and I am really glad that I did. The system does exactly what they said it would and it has been running for years now without a glitch. I also want to point out that the owner of the Ottawa branch of RainSoft was extremely helpful in answering my many questions! I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to improve the quality of the water in their home.

We were sick of having water that tasted like chlorine. With this water filtration system installed, we have great tasting water that I am proud to serve to my family. My children are always commenting on how good the water tastes. Thank you Rain Soft!!

I have this system for 11 years now. No regrets.....would not drink water if I did not have it......would recommend this system to anyone. I don't regret for one minute buying a rain Soft System...

We have had this system installed a few years ago and do not regret it. The main reason for this purchase was to have good tasting and healthy water. It is now a pleasure to drink water and tea is much better tasting. We appreciate the reminder calls each year to change the filters. We just hope that service will be available if ever we have problems with the system.

Very prompt, professional and demonstrated caring and concern for our water problem. Able to recommend a product that helped with water hardness and other undesirables in the water. We are on a well system so Martin understood this.

I purchased a water softener and water filtration system about 10 years ago. The product is awesome. We couldn't imagine not having it. Service is also incredible. Whether service or sales, Martin and his staff are always there to assist. Service is polite, quick, clean, helpful - even fixed a problem that was not the company's issue without cost or complaint. Overall it has been an excellent relationship - inital setup, additional equipment and supply purchases. Something that is hard to find these days. Thank you Martin and David!

The product speaks for itself. It works fantasitcally, if there is an issue we can call and they will step by step talk us through it. They were very clean when they were in the house. They call you to tell you things that are required, but thank fully they dont harras. We would definately use this company again
